I recently toured the centre and was so impressed by the entire experience. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful — you can feel the warmth the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere was calm, happy, and full of positive energy. The children all looked safe, engaged, and truly enjoying themselves, which speaks volumes about the care and environment you provide.<br><br>It gave me so much confidence and comfort, and I’m really looking forward to Leila joining your community. Journey Early Learning Centre is a wonderful environment for our twins as a true extension of our family. The Director, support staff and educators are incredibly supportive, compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and well-being. They create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and excited to be there. Communication with us is excellent, providing reassurance and a strong sense of partnership. Our children absolutely love going each day, and we’ve seen so much positive development since starting here. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our little ones to learn, play, and thrive. We recently changed day care’s and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Journey. They allowed us to do as many orientations as we felt we needed for my son’s needs and was so supportive the whole way through. We are now 5 weeks in and he is absolutely thriving. Journey Epsom has and is currently been a fantastic childcare for both of my children. I couldn’t say anything negative about the team and director. We have been through each and every aged room and It has been an easy transition everytime. You will be welcomed and greeted as soon as you walk inside.

Such a great centre! My son started when it was still country buddies and things only got better when Journey took over. The amazing experience my son had also inspired me to study my Certificate. Now I get work alongside all the beautiful ladies who help shape my boy, and follow in their footsteps to create special bonds with the children I care for. Highly recommend!
