We joined Harmony Balmoral in January 2025 after trying a few different childcare centres with our kids, and honestly, we couldn't be happier. From day one, this place has felt like a family away from home. The food is cooked fresh on the premises, which we love, and the educators are genuinely lovely. Of course, every centre has its moments with staff changes and the usual ups and downs, but the current team is just amazing. Our kids, who are in kindy and one of the younger groups, are so happy there. They come home full of stories about their friends and their educators, which says everything. I'd love to name some of the educators who have made such a difference to our family, but it wouldn't feel right to single anyone out when the whole team is so wonderful. We've built genuine relationships with so many of them. What really stands out is how they go above and beyond for special occasions and make families feel included and celebrated. It's not just childcare, it genuinely feels like home. We cannot fault anything. A truly lovely centre, clean and with amazing facilities, and we're so grateful to be part of the Harmony Balmoral community.

Our Son has been at Harmony Balmoral for a few years and has experienced the Daycare & Kindy programs. We’re very happy with the level of professionalism, engagement, support and care that the educators provide. They have transitional phases to help transition from different rooms as the children grow and develop. We couldn’t be more happy with Harmony Balmoral and we highly recommend the centre.

We joined Harmony this year and has been a great experience so far. The teachers are attentive and fill the days with lots of activities and the daily wrap ups provided are fatastic to know what baby has been up too.

Our children have attended Harmony Balmoral for the last 4 years. We cannot speak highly enough of the centre, staff and management. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, well maintained and clean. The activity programs are exceptional, and I particularly recommend their Kindy program. Our daughter has absolutely thrived under the guidance of their wonderful Kindy teachers. We have always had amazing educators, and they do a fantastic job of managing room transitions and educator changes (which is rare but happens from time to time). We have had the most beautiful, caring educators during our time here and Harmony obviously does a wonderful job in encouraging and supporting their staff because you can tell they genuinely love working there. We also cannot speak highly enough of the management team - the centre director Jess is wonderful and obviously does a brilliant job managing the centre. The care they show for the kids and families is second to none. They are an essential part of our village. We would highly recommend Harmony Balmoral to anyone considering it for their precious children.

We absolutely love Harmony Balmoral Daycare! Both of my children have attended, and the care, warmth and support from the educators has been incredible. The team go above and beyond to make the kids feel safe, happy and engaged every single day. It truly feels like a second home — we couldn’t recommend them more highly!
