Leki and Tay have been brilliant with our eldest, he says they are very kind. Lottie has been amazing with our youngest, she is so warm and genuine, and remembers everything about him.

My daughter started at Nido Craigie 4 months ago, and as a first time mum I was anxious about her starting daycare, but I’m so happy with the centre. Communication is brilliant, all of the staff have been absolutely wonderful and seem genuinely invested in the happiness and wellbeing of the kids, and it has been lovely to watch my daughter become so comfortable with her educators that she will now happily reach out for them at drop off. Educators Holly and Christie are real standouts - not only are they fantastic with the kids, and my daughter clearly loves them, they are great with parents too. Every time I see them they make me feel completely at ease. I’m so happy we chose Nido Craigie.

Nido Craigie is absolutely the best centre. I feel extremely lucky that I found this daycare for my 14-month-old daughter. I toured a total of 12 other centres in Edgewater, Heathridge, Woodvale, Joondalup, Kingsley, Mullaloo, Greenwood and Wanneroo. Nido Craigie is not only fantastic, but the others were concerning. Nido Craigie has beautiful, vibrant and engaging staff who love the children, play with them, and absolutely attend to them. I'm extremely lucky that Patricia is the room leader of my toddler's room. Patricia loves children and she is one of the most vibrant people I've ever met. She is endlessly positive, loving, and engaging with the babies and toddlers. The other educators are equally as dedicated, genuine, trustworthy, competent and empathetic. There are no toddlers who are aggressive in the slightest, and this is a testament to the educators' care, dedication, and attention towards the children. Within a day I need to pack about 4 spare changes of clothes, because they have so many fun activities! They even made fake mud from some kind of sugar free chocolate, which the babies absolutely loved. They change my toddler's nappy more frequently than I do! And the nappies are included. Everything is included. They serve generous and delicious meals throughout the day, and offer my toddler full cream cow's milk like I requested, which is also complementary. I fully support their dietary program, nurturing beginnings, which advocates giving young children nutrient dense foods. They serve expensive and nutrient dense foods like fruit, cheese and meat, and vegetables. My daughter loves it and doesn't even want to leave. The reception staff are smart, kind, and hard-working, and also super friendly with great senses of humour. The atmosphere is the best. It is a bit like a fishbowl where you can see everything from many points. There are a lot of internal and external windows, and it is a bright and happy place. You are welcomed to drop your child into their room and stay with them. The babies and toddler's rooms and outdoor areas are extremely generous and fun for the children, with heaps of shade and cool outdoor nature features, and a massive sandpit. It is in total contrast to the other centres, where the staff are disengaged from the children, and use an iPad as a babysitter. Among many other issues I noticed. Nido Craigie staff, I want you all to know how PROUD you should be of your hard work and dedication. You are doing the most wonderful job and my family is grateful for you. I included some photos of my daughter RIGHT after getting home from Nido Craigie, so you can see how joyful she feels after being part of such an engaging, warm community.

I cannot speak more highly of Nido Craigie. I was very nervous when sending my son to daycare so young (4mo) but the girls at Nido quickly put my mind at ease. They are all amazing with my son, he is always happy and smiling when I pick him up and the communication regarding how his day went is great. Management and admin staff are also lovely and made the orientation & start process so easy.

My little one was at Nido Craigie for about 1.5 years in the Nursery Room then Toddler Room. Overall, my son enjoyed his time at Nido, with a few emotional stages, but this was expected as he settled in. Thank you to Keah and Leesa who were in the Nursery Room during this time, they were always friendly and welcoming during their interactions with our family. We liked that the centre provided pictures on the Storypark app of learning experiences in the day and the food provided by the service. We left Nido Craigie as the outdoor area was very small and our son is very active. So there was no space to ride bikes/scooters or run and kick a ball. The learning environment could do with an update to display the children’s learning with artwork or photos more often. During our time, there were no excursions/incursions that my little one attended or animal experiences which my son enjoys. I did send the centre ideas for incursions, but still nothing came from it in the Toddler Room. An excursion to a nearby park never happened, even when I followed up via email. We also found that there was a high staff turnover, making it difficult for my little one to form a bond with staff in the room. For these reasons we found another ELC close by, which has all the areas we believe would benefit our little one and his interests and he is now thriving and a very happy little boy.

Was on the waitlist and was informed that even with my expected start date tjat i wouldn't be accepted till possibly the following year! Received an email asking if I still wanted to be on the waitlist and with in less then a week received a further email saying I have been removed due to no response. Would not recommend even putting in an application.
