We have had continuous great experiences with Mona and her team at Ormond Childcare and Preschool. Since our son started attending from around 14 months old, the team there have looked after him so well, and he enjoys every day! From the excursions to the train station / grocery store, to organising a fire truck to come around and visit the kids - we are greatly appreciative for the different experiences that our son has had the chance to take part in. The family days that are organised by the team have also let us connect with other members of the community, and we have enjoyed every single one of them that we have been able to attend! We recommend this childcare team highly, they have been amazing in every way!

Our 2.5 year old has been attending Ormond Child Care Centre since the start of the year, and we couldn't be happier. It’s a lovely, privately owned family day care where all the educators, across every room, know who our son is always do their best to make sure he is happy and comfortable at all times. We particularly appreciate the educators, especially Nisha and Nandini, who always go above and beyond during drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure our son is comfortable and settled. They provide fantastic, personalised summaries of his day both in person and through the app, so we always know how he’s doing. The centre does a wonderful job ensuring he sleeps well, and the range of activities they provide are fantastic. We love that there’s lots of outdoor play, which is a big plus for us. The app is incredibly helpful for tracking food, naps, toilet habits, and sleep, and they even helped with his toilet training - which was so smooth and easy. The daily photos and updates are a great touch, and it’s clear that the educators truly care about the children. We feel confident and happy knowing our son is in such a loving and caring environment. Highly recommend!

When our local community daycare closed, I was worried we wouldn’t find anything with the same warmth until we found Ormond Childcare. The centre is open, spacious, and beautifully set up, with plenty of play areas that feel more like a home than a daycare. But what really sets it apart is the educators. They’ve been so loving and supportive, especially as my son navigated some separation anxiety. A special thanks to Nisha—her kindness and care have meant so much to our family. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our son feels safe, happy, and truly cared for.

Mona and the team of educators are wonderful with the children. Our son started a few weeks ago and he has settled in amazing with the love from the educators. For a first time experience using the childcare systems here in Melbourne our experience here at ormond has been nothing but the best. Our son is loving and thriving in this center. The team helped him along the way to adjust and feel comfortable in the space. The staff frequently share updates via the xplorer app which allow me to see his daily adventures/progress. The facility itself is fantastic with its nice bright open spacious rooms with both indoor and outdoor play areas which is fantastic. I would highly recommend this childcare to families in the area.

My son has been here for close to three years. We liked the centre from day one and there was no looking back. The centre itself is a lovely and spacious building with ample outdoor space but the best part is the dedicated staff. Mona and her team do a wonderful job looking after the children and filling their days with loads of fun and learning.
