Our youngest has been attending Ormond Childcare for the past 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. Mona was so welcoming when our 6 month old started there and the staff in the baby room have been nothing but warm and caring. Mittal is an absolute dream and our son adores her. The centre has a wonderful family and community vibe which all the staff contribute to.

We have had both of our children attend this childcare centre, with each starting when they were just 4 months old. Entrusting such young babies to someone else's care is never easy, but the team made the transition smooth and reassuring for our family. Monash and all the educators have created a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where our children have felt safe, happy, and supported. They genuinely care about the children and have played an important role in their development and early learning. We have always felt comfortable and confident leaving our children in their care, and both of our kids have adjusted well and genuinely enjoy attending. We have two children attending and our eldest has been here for over three years. One of the things we appreciate most is how much effort the centre puts into continually improving the environment and learning experiences. The children enjoy activities beyond the classroom, including local excursions and bike riding programs, and the learning resources are regularly updated. Communication is excellent, with prompt updates throughout the day on meals, naps and toileting. The centre is also consistently clean and well maintained, from the classrooms to the kitchen. We have considered moving to another area, but one of the biggest things holding us back is having to leave this centre.
