I’m so happy with our decision to send our daughter to Launchpad DC. As a first time parent, sending my child to childcare was something that made me anxious. The staff from the get go have all been amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you and your child are greeted by name every time. The junior nursery team are absolutely amazing, every single day without doubt they will give you a detailed update on how your child went & they are honest too. If you have any concerns they will always address them as a top priority. Ive been told several times that if I want to check up on my child all I have to do is call and they will happily speak to me - which I’ve done & they have! I’ve been made to feel so comfortable here, it feels like a little community. I’ve recommended friends and family to this daycare. Couldn’t speak more highly of Launchpad DC & their amazing staff ❤️

Our daughter has been at Launchpad, Diamond Creek for approx 2 years and we are very happy there. The staff are lovely, dedicated and demonstrate that they want to be there. They care for our daughter, understand her needs, update us accordingly but most importantly they’re friendly and make our family very comfortable that she’s cared for and is a priority. Would recommend to family and friends :)

Launchpad has been the best decision we made for our daughter. She moved from another local daycare and the care and support she has received at Launchpad DC has been incredible. The staff are amazing and work so hard to get to know each child and cater the day to their needs. Our daughter went from crying every day at drop off at her old daycare to asking me if she can go to Launchpad on the weekends to see her beautiful teachers. I felt so at ease dropping her off everyday knowing she was in such good hands. Communication is also very good and they are on top of everything. Highly recommend Launchpad DC.

The best childcare centre. Have had both my kids at Launchpad since it opened and my kids have thrived here. The staff are lovely and the play spaces are amazing.
