⭐️ My experience with Kool Kids Kindergarten

My experience with Kool Kids was disappointing, and I believe parents should be aware of a few things before enrolling their children.
My son, Arman, attended for around two weeks, three days a week. We decided to withdraw him because I felt he wasn’t getting the level of interaction, engagement and emotional support we were looking for. I noticed he spent a lot of time outdoors playing independently, and the photos shared through the family app mostly showed him riding bikes outside. When other children’s photos were being shared, Arman wasn’t included. I was later told he had been emotional that week, which left me confused, especially since I had specifically asked the educators to let me know if he was struggling so I could pick him up.
My biggest concern, however, was the withdrawal policy. We were expected to pay for another four weeks after stopping attendance, and I don’t feel this was clearly communicated to us before enrolment. Important policies like a month’s notice should be clearly explained to parents from the beginning, not discovered when they’re trying to leave.
The educators were generally polite and respectful, but I expected more communication, reassurance and meaningful engagement for my child. As someone who has previously worked in childcare, I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, supported and encouraged to interact and learn.
My advice to other parents: ask questions before signing up. Clarify the withdrawal policy, notice period, daily activities and how educators support children emotionally. Don’t assume everything will be explained unless you ask.
This is our personal experience, and I hope other families have a better one. I simply wish we had received clearer communication and felt more confident about our son’s experience.
