Spent a lot of time touring and comparing childcare centres in the area, and after a lot of careful consideration chose Smartie Pants for our baby two days a week. We are so glad we made this decision - the educators take such good care of our baby, and there is very low staff turnover - the staff in the baby room have all been there for years (some for decades). Baby is so happy and we feel that she is very safe. Always get lots of updates and photos about how our baby is going, and love some of the extra community activities such as Food Drive donations and marching with Smartie Pants in the Diamond Creek Rotary Fair Parade!

My youngest has been here long enough to have been in 3 rooms now and it has been a wonderful experience. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, loads of quality activities, love the animals too (going to look at the goats is a super helpful transition tool in arriving and leaving too), my son likes all his teachers and educators and tells us stories that show he has had a good time there and that they are really responsive to his needs. Lots of long term staff too. They are very caring and responsive, and work so well with our son which is so important from all our experiences. With two kids this is the 4th daycare we have tried over the years and the best of them.

Would highly recommend Smartie Pants. The staff and warm and welcoming, giving a real family feel. The education and development programs are bonus for the growth of the children attending. The centre has a good combination of indoor and outdoor play. The bush setting is wonderful.

We’re really pleased with this childcare. It feels like a safe and warm environment, and the educators are fantastic—so kind, caring, and supportive. My son loves going there, genuinely enjoys his time, and has learned a lot. The outdoor area is also excellent—big and really nice for kids to play and explore. Overall, it’s been a great experience for us and I’d definitely recommend it.

Fantastic environment, my son thrived at the centre. Always excited to get to "school" (as we call it) Great welcoming, caring staff. Although not the closest centre to us, it was the perfect pick. Thanks for all you do.

My son has recently moved to Smartie Pants and has settled in very well. The team are kind, patient and provide great face to face feedback. We have seen a significant improvement in our son's behaviour, listening and emotional regulation since starting at Smartie Pants. We have no issues with drop offs and loves his time there.

All the staff including educators and admin are wonderful and create a happy environment. They treat our children with kindness and care. The team earned our full trust and respect from day one and we’ve been with Smartiepants over 5 years.

We’re so happy with Smartie Pants. As a mum, it’s such a comfort knowing my LO are cared for by such kind, genuine educators who really take the time to know them. They’re always happy to go, come home talking about their day, and the updates that the teachers give me great peace of mind. It truly feels like a little community. We feel very lucky to be part of it. Seeing the goats out the front are also great way to start and end the day. My LO loves them
