We travel over 20 minutes, passing 7 different centres just to bring my son here. My daughter attended here 6 years ago, and although a lot has changed, the new management is fantastic and seeing the same beautiful educators was lovely. Its like leaving my son with family. They recently started using this booklet where we can voice our needs and goals for our children, and they update it with his progress. Its been really nice to share milestone moments with his educators. Not to forget the chef they have is amazing. Highly recommend this centre, i know my son is truly cared for.

Guardian Childcare is by far the best centre, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After a very traumatic experience at another childcare, where staff blatantly ignored my clear instructions and requests, my child was left terrified — to the point of projectile vomiting from extreme fear and utter distress— and I was forced to leave her in that state. It was the most horrific experience for us both. Every time I tried to voice concerns, I was gaslit, with them taking no accountability for their actions and was continuously made to feel as though we were the problem. This created months of unnecessary trauma for us both, it was an extremely horrific experience. After such a painful journey, I had almost given up hope of ever finding a safe, supportive place — until we walked into Guardian Childcare Tullamarine, and everything changed!!!! From the moment the centre manager Jess welcomed us, we instantly felt safe, heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. It was a transformative experience filled with such positive energy. I feel truly blessed that I gave this centre a chance, because I’ve never looked back. My little one, who had refused to even step foot inside other centres after being severely traumatised, walked straight into her room here and actually didn’t want to leave! 🙏What was meant to be an initial short walk through visit turned into hours, because we finally felt welcomed, safe and truly supported. It was incredible to see the difference being in the right centre can make. Every staff member welcomed us with warmth, patience, and understanding. Unlike our previous experience, I was never pressured to leave — instead, I was supported to stay as long as needed so my daughter could feel safe and secure. Over time, Guardian has honestly become like a second family to us. On days that have been especially challenging, their kindness, openness, and genuine care have felt life-saving. They are always approachable, happy to chat, and never make me feel like anything is too much. I am truly grateful to the amazing management team — Jess, Laurel, and Samreen, not to mention the fabulous team that look after my baby girl: Hanan, Carol, Fathima, Susan, Naz, Sabrina ... (just to name a few). My little one talks about them even when we aren’t there, and I hope they realize the incredible importance, positive impact, and difference they make in shaping these early, formative years. We are so thankful to Guardian Childcare and all these amazing souls. After everything we’ve been through, I can honestly say this centre offers so much more than just childcare. Guardian Childcare Tullamarine has been fantastic for my son. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to his wellbeing and development. He’s always excited to go, thanks to the creative activities, engaging incursions and excursions, and hands-on learning experiences. The centre is well-run, communication is clear, and we feel completely confident knowing he’s in such caring hands. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

My children have been coming here for years and everything from the management, the educators, the quality of the food from the chef, and the learning and development of each child suited for their very different personalities is impeccable. The staff go above and beyond for my kids, treating them with such care and love. Adding an extra day or changing their core days is never too much hassle at this centre and they do their best to accomodate for my changing schedule. Cannot recommend the centre and the educators enough.

From my personal experience, I can't recommend Guardian Tullamrine enough! I deeply regret not sending my eldest daughter here sooner. From the moment you walk in, whether it’s morning or afternoon, you’re greeted immediately. Jess and Laurel always make time for everyone, and to me, that speaks volumes! Both of my daughters are welcomed with open arms every morning, even my eldest, who’s in primary school, receives such a warm greeting. The educators in my younger daughter’s room consistently provide updates and are wonderful with my 2-and-a-half-year-old, making daycare a smooth and enjoyable experience. A special shout-out to Hanan, who my daughter absolutely adores! I also want to mention Lara and Manjula from last year—they were incredible as well! Even Chef Rod interacts with my daughters every day, which just shows how involved the entire team is. The entire centre is fantastic, and the staff are so friendly, which has not been my experience with previous daycare centers. If you live in the area, honestly, you’d be crazy to send your children anywhere else!

My son was here for a year and a half. Unfortunately we had to move due to moving houses. Honestly i couldn’t have asked for a better day care. The educators are attentive, kind and very well trained. Special shout out to Lara, Manjula & Laurel. Leo absolutely loved you guys and is going to miss you deeply! Laurel would even let my son run behind the counter for a hug when we would leave. It was their thing and really created a bond which was beautiful. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with Leo.
