My daughter loves her time at “school” in Guardian Philip street. The staff are great, including kitchen staff, educators and management - and they genuinely care for all their children.

My baby has been attending Guardian Phillip Street since he was 6 months old. I originally chose this centre due to its glowing reviews and close proximity to my workplace, and it has not disappointed! In fact, I have often wished we lived in the CBD - not for any other reason, but just so that my baby could attend this childcare every day! 😍<br><br>Enrolling such a young baby in childcare can be incredibly nerve-wracking, but the onboarding experience here was impeccable. A massive shout-out goes to the centre manager at the time, who was calm, reassuring, and always answered my questions (and tears!) with the exact detail I needed. The centre set up three orientation days and welcomed me to tour the facility twice beforehand. The Baby Ambassador was incredibly focused on gathering every little detail about my son’s routine to ensure he had the best possible experience. ❤️<br><br>As my baby went through different developmental phases - from initial tears to settling in, and later experiencing separation anxiety - the team was amazing. When drop-offs became difficult, the educators proactively stepped in to soothe him and engage him with activities he loved. The nursery team members are absolutely the best. They have endless patience, greet us like family, and always give a detailed verbal update at pick-up. The centre is also highly responsive by phone and always welcomed my calls whenever I wanted to check in. 🥰<br><br>They share daily updates on a mobile app covering learning activities, meals, and nap times. In the early days, I would drop by during lunch to check on my baby, and they welcomed me with open arms, making the centre feel like home. They are also incredibly supportive of breastfeeding mums coming in to feed throughout the day. 💕<br><br>Shout-out to the current centre manager for maintaining such high standards and managing the centre beautifully. While my son is in the nursery, I’ve seen that they have an amazing toddler room and preschool room filled with engaging activities, educational excursions, and a great school readiness program. The educators I have met and spoken with from both the toddler and preschool rooms are all phenomenal. ✨<br><br>Finally, a special mention to the amazing chef who whips up beautiful, healthy meals. It is the best feeling to be greeted by the delicious aroma of his fresh baking the second you walk through the door every morning! 🧇🥞<br><br>I highly recommend Guardian Phillip Street to any parent looking for exceptional care. 💫

My son has been at guardian for the past year and we couldn't be happier with his personal development and confidence which can be attributed to the nurturing environment guardian has created. There are many strengths: - The educators are all caring and wonderful individuals that genuinely care for your child - Daily 'diaries' documented what your child did and their progress - In house chef that creates an assortment of healthy foods - Well-equipped indoor and outdoor play areas Thank you Z and team!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Guardian and couldn’t recommend it more highly. It was my daughter's first daycare and the teaching staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. They take the time to understand each child and tailor their care, which made a huge difference for our daughter when she was new to daycare and still settling in. Their educators also speak mandarin so our daughter get to communicate in her monther tongue. The food is another standout. Meals are freshly prepared by an in-house chef, nutritious, and thoughtfully planned — it’s very reassuring to know the children are eating well every day. There is also a great variety of activities, with a strong focus on holistic, 360-degree development. From learning and creativity to social and physical skills, the program is well balanced and engaging. We’re truly grateful for the care and support our daughter has received here.

The team at Guardian Phillip Street are absolutely amazing. Sending your child somewhere for care isn’t something one takes lightly, and it’s so comforting to know that they will be cared for impeccably, and celebrated as a little individual. It takes such a mental load off when trying to work to know my favourite little person is being cared for in such a caring and attentive way. Our son learnt so much during his 6 months here in nursery. This is where he learnt to walk, talk and socialise. The educators are very patient, encouraging, and we get updates every day. There's also a process of getting feedback from the family on what we'd like to focus on. Overall very happy with the team.

Phillip St Guardian and its educator are great. They are so passionate not only caring for our daughter but her learning and growth as well as the family.

Our daughter has grown into such a happy and confident girl in her time here. We could not have asked for more from the leadership or educators at the centre.
