We placed a review on unethical and deceitful conduct of The Village Early Learning Centre in Sandringham and interestingly but as expected they responded to our review in a most dishonest manner as a lot of companies do when they want to defend themselves rather than contacting the customer and making amends. Missing the point entirely. Offering no customer service at all and wishing us luck with our son on getting a placement elsewhere which is also an admission that they did cancel his registration without our knowledge and or approval but still they refuse to admit deceitful practices to bolster registration numbers and also refuse to refund the registration fee. By way of correction to the centre’s response which claims that we are frustrated as we didn’t get a place after 10 months, what is disappointing is since we registered our son earlier this year we did not receive one email or update from the Centre other to a response to our complaint and after that when trying to contact the Centre manager/owner Tina Ferguson, our phone calls went unanswered for the last three months or so looks like we are being ignored and screened. Finally and worse of all in its review response the Centre named our son which is a clear breach of standards and privacy considering he is still an infant. Again we warn people to be very careful before registering with this Centre. They are deceitful, unethical and outright dishonest and cannot be trusted.

"Highly recommend this day care - the staff are amazing, management know what they are doing and all the children seem very happy. My 2 children went there and were super happy. The convenience also was key - I’m a commuter so parked the pram in the basement and walked to the station. Good luck getting in!"

We have our twin daughters attending the Village Early Learning Centre. The staff is absolutely outstanding! Could not recommend highly enough
