My son absolutely loves it here! The girls are so amazing, organised, efficient and communication is on point with routines & anything important. I feel good knowing my son is well looked after, cared for and loved by these amazing educators! The yards are fantastic and the programs support children’s learning and development well.

My son has been attending Happy Hippo for the last two years and has been so lucky to have some truly amazing relationships with his educators. The communication to families is great, the yards are incredibly spacious and the way that child voice is considered, is second to none. My son hates leaving at the end of the day!

Hubby and I are looking at relocating down south from the NT in 2026. Recently we came down an toured local services, I was hesitant to tour this centre as the previous reviews looked poor, but I did because it is close to our new home. I had to put my review up, because our experience was FANTASTIC. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by Jess the Service Leader and the centre was beautiful, every educator made us feel welcome,with a busy outdoor 3 year old, we feel in love with the Bush Kinder. Do yourself a favour and go visit. We can’t wait to start in 2026

My family and I have been with happy hippo since it first opened, my daughter was there until she started school and now my son is there. Although I have experienced a few issues over the years overall I have been happy with happy hippo - when any concerns are raised they are dealt with there and then. Current management, Shihani goes above and beyond for the families. Staff are always friendly and greeting me as I enter! Thanks to the team of HH lovely banks ❤️

Such a horrible centre. When my son attended the child care, i picked him up on multiple occasions and he had grazes and bruises on his face with no explanation to why and how he got them, and no incident report. EVERYTIME I walked into the centre, He was always left unattended and unsupervised. He was even left in the same nappy for 12 hours. By the end, my son didn’t even want to walk into the room and attend child care.
