I can’t speak highly enough of LAK and the incredible team of educators who work there. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt welcomed, supported, and completely confident that our child was in caring and capable hands. The educators go above and beyond every single day. They are attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear they take the time to really get to know the children—their personalities, their interests, and what helps them thrive. I’m continually impressed by the thoughtful learning experiences they create, blending play with meaningful skill development. The communication with families is also fantastic; we always feel informed and included in our child’s journey. Most importantly, LAK feels like a second home. The warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism of the team make all the difference, and we’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our child’s growth and confidence. We couldn’t imagine a better place or better people to care for our little one. Highly recommended!

The best daycare for our child! Since joining the LAK family, we have experienced nothing but the utmost respect, love, transparency, and genuine care for my child. Compared to other daycares in the area and our previous traumatic experiences, LAK has been a blessing. A true gem of a daycare with the best interests of the children and family at heart. I am in awe of the educators there and the daily dedication, compassion and nurturing learning experience that my child has received. Highly recommend to all families considering a daycare in the area - you will not be disappointed! Worthy of 10 stars!

My son graduated last year abs my daughter is still enrolled. An Incredible learning environment. Such a warm and wholesome place, with a strong sense of community. Best childcare centre in the area. Highly recommended.

Disappointing that the deposit was not partially refunded, as initially agreed, even though cancellation took place months in advance.

Although given 3 months of advance notice, they refused to refund the bond advance for my friend who was struggling. Very unethical and bad gesture

This child care did not refund my bond even though I canceled my child’s position 3 months ago. They have no work ethics and obligation towards parents who pay their hardship money.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about LAK Penshurst! As someone who has experienced several other daycare facilities in the past, I can confidently say that nothing compares to the care, attention, and nurturing environment provided here. From the moment I walked through their doors, I could tell this place was different. The staff go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and stimulating space for the children. They are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each child’s growth and well being. The communication with parents is seamless, they keep you updated throughout the day with pictures, activities, and milestones, which always brightens my day. What truly sets this centre apart is the sense of community and warmth they foster, not just for the kids, but for the parents too. They understand every child’s unique needs and personalities and tailor their approach accordingly, which is something I never experienced elsewhere. Seeing how much my child has blossomed, both socially and developmentally, since enrolling here fills me with gratitude. I only wish I had found this gem sooner. LAK is the BEST child care centre we have come across! From the very beginning when we were giving a very lovely and thorough tour by Ms Sultan up until now we take our daughter in 5 days a week. We are just amazed by the enthusiasm and lovely care provided by all the educators. We enjoy the little catch up chats with the educators everyday at pick up so we can get constant updates on how our daughter is doing in all aspects. The big developmental progress and big smiles that my daughter has say it all. My recommendation is contact them as early as possible and put your name down if you want your child to get in because THEY ARE FANTASTIC AND POPULAR!!! We love LAK! All the educators are really nice and caring. I can feel that they love the children there, and have bonded well with them. I like that we as parents are always updated with children’s daily activities via a user friendly app, and get to see their pictures, and to be informed and communicated all the time. I love that my baby learns to read, to do painting, to create and to make little things as well as to recycle and to be friendly to our planet, to socialize in their little group. We are so grateful to be in the LAK community!

After a 3 years wait, we finally got a spot for our eldest in 2018. I have to say it’s definitely worth the wait!!. My son absolutey loved the place and the educators. They’ve shown so much love and care towards my son and all other kids in the centre. It’s amazing how much he thrived there and always happy each day during drop off and pickup. Also really loved how the educators use the children’s current interest and expand them further in the child’s learning in class. For example, my son was very much into human anatomy at that time, and the educator noticed this and explore this further in class. Now our second child is in this centre and are growing and progressing well each day. Always come home with so many things to share about his day. We can see that he’s really close and comfortable with his educators :). This centre recently achieved an EXCEEDING rating for their NQS. This is a testament of the quality, care and professionalism that each and every educators had shown. Overall, i highly recommend this centre and couldnt be happier with their service.
