Beautiful centre with amazing outdoor and indoor play spaces for children to explore. Staff are great and very communicative.

From the moment I walked into their centre, there was a strong urine smell throughout. The tour guide was busy boasting about how busy they are and the long wait list they've got while I was covering my nose and looked away. Surely she could smell it too!! Yet she didn't mention anything?? I even checked with my husband to see if I was delusional and he said he could smell it too! The whole centre feels like a factory in there, too many kids, and the teachers looked miserable and exhausted. I personally saw two kids snorting and crying in the corner with no one paying them any attention, for at least 15 minutes while I was there. There was literally a carer right behind them, yet she was busy organising things rather than checking on the kids. I don't know how they got all 5-star reviews, I strongly doubt it, and I'll come back to check if my review gets removed. There's no way I'm sending my kids to this place and I'll definitely encourage everyone I come across with in Como to do the same! Edit: Just to reconfirm — I have definitely not reviewed the wrong daycare. It is DEFINITELY School of Early Learning in Como. I don't use my real name on Google reviews so I don't get bombarded on the email and phone number I registered with the business. I want to present my honest review to the public, not some nonsense I've been schmoozed into saying. It's heartbreaking to see children in such a busy centre. At the end of the day, I get it, it's all about money, but this centre already looks overcrowded, and it seems like they're trying to take on even more.

We've just finished a wonderful 5 years at SOEL Como (2 children). We toured a few centres before making our decision but ultimately it came down to the feeling of life within the centre. Happy children, artwork all over the walls, greenery and joy. We did not regret this decision. The bond our children (and us, the parents) have formed with the staff has been incredible and we're still amazed that every single staff member remembers every child's name (even years after our eldest finished at the centre). It feels like one big, happy family. Entrusting other people to care for our children was a huge decision, but the staff at SOEL genuinely care for the children like their own. Communication through the app is also great and the staff were happy to address any questions or concerns we may have. Thank you for a wonderful 5 years, through many phases of our life. We will truly miss you all and would highly recommend you to all our family and friends.

We were lucky to find a spot for our daughter Lena at SOEL Como a year ago, and now as we’re about to leave, we just want to say a heartfelt thank you. From day one, the kindness, care, and attention shown to the children have been outstanding. The environment is warm, creative, and truly supportive — everything we hoped for. A special thank you to all of Lena’s wonderful carers and the enrolment team. You are a fantastic group of people who made a real difference in our daughter’s happiness and development. We’ll always be grateful!

My family had the most wonderful experience at Como SOEL. Management and staff are all caring, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough.
