Terrible experience with MindChamps’ financial and administrative team. My daughter attended only one day a week, so I cannot comment much on the teachers. However, the financial side of this centre is unacceptable. Even after I cancelled the enrolment, they still charged $486 from my account. Communication is extremely poor — no one responds, no one follows up, and every step requires you to chase them. You have to constantly check your back because even after cancellation, they still take money without explanation. This caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre to any parent.
