One star because the facility on its own is great but when it comes to management and their unprofessionalism I'd give: -000 stars! Something is fundamentally wrong in there , the staff seems unhappy and their turnover is extremely high for a daycare centre! Any question, doesn't matter how trivial it may be, is too much to ask for the management and does absolutely not get resolved! I requested to talk to the room manager because of a continuous "hat" issue we have had and she flat out refused to talk to me. Then I approached the management and they basically said that she doesn't need to speak with people with an attitude! This was the tip of the iceberg, needless to say I took my son out of that facility quick smart! Obviously I'd say I do NOT recommend! Not at all!

Best daycare centre! The educators go above and beyond for the children and the grass is real!! The yard is amazing!

My son has been attending the centre since he was a new born he has now made his way up to the junior kindy room, The centres director Belinda is very supportive understanding and always makes your family feel welcome. The centre is always clean with updated resources and play equipment all the time. The Centre always provides nutritional foods including fresh fruit and vegetables meats and cheeses a range of catered meals to suit all children with any allergies or intolerances. As they have a chef on site . The centre always makes you feel welcome and you are kept up-to-date with information about your child's day.The educators that are minding your children are always approachable and you can ask them if you have any concerns. The assistance the centre has provided to my family has been outstanding . We receive regular emails and updates about any illnesses the centre has confirmed or circulating in the local area . The way the centre did a concierge service during the covid 19 lock downs was incredibly helpful . This centre is the best decision we have ever made, I am so grateful for the effort this centre has provided to make sure my child has the bestcare . Thank You Belinda , Cindy and Staff for your ongoing commitment and always striving to make sure the place is comfortable and clean and families feel welcome and supported . I would recommend anyone considering enrolling there child or children.. your child's development and safety is there number 1 priority. They are in the safest care .

My 3 children have attended Kidzco at Palmwoods, they enjoy coming everyday excited to see what their Educators have ready for them. We love the flexibility and their opening and closing times suits all our working needs. I have loved not having to supply Nappies for their first few years and they provide great meals so no lunch boxes. We love all the staff so friendly and helpful.

Both my grandchildren have attended Kidzco Palmwoods, starting in the Nursery and working up to the Kindy room. They have thoroughly enjoyed their time there, the staff are super friendly and very professional. We love that all their meals are cooked on site and all their dietary needs are catered for. I could not recommend enough.

I've moved my daughter to Kidzco at Palmwoods this year and I can honestly say that I haven't looked back. It's really lovely to see such a strong communication from the center and I love that I get daily photos and a summary of what my daughter has done that day. The transparency is amazing, the staff are beautiful and it really reassures me that my daughter is in good hands. Thank you everyone!
