We absolutely love Freckles Kindy. It’s so lovely to see how much the educators genuinely care for my boys and how much love and attention they give them every day. They have made them feel so comfortable, happy, and part of the kindy family. It means so much knowing they are cared for by people who truly love what they do. We couldn’t be happier with Freckles Kindy and the amazing educators who look after our boys.

My daughter loves her days at Freckles, it’s something new every day ~ dancing, soccer, painting. The educators are lovely, we’ve never had any issues. We’ll be sad to leave when she starts school!

I was tossing up on if I should do this review or not as I did pull my son out of this daycare. When I went in today to pick up my child’s bottle that another parent accidentally took I was talking to another educator about my sons new daycare that he started and the reasons why I left Freckles (were communication issues) and as I was leaving another educator which I have never complained about and thought I had a good relationship with said “thanks for coming back and complaining” I didn’t want to say anything back due to nursery kids being in the room and I also couldn’t say anything to reception due to them not being in. I definitely think it was uncalled for especially since they were the person that handed me my child’s bottle so she knew I was there for a purpose. Freckles was very good at the beginning but after a couple of months in there I wasn’t given accurate information by certain educators which made me feel uncomfortable as it was different to the app. I am glad I have now pulled him out due to this afternoons dealings. There are still some really great educators there that do have the children’s best interests in mind.

Honestly nothing short of fantastic, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of our kids !! The entire team are lovely and it truly just feels like an extension of our family ! We are so lucky to have such a quality centre in our community !! Best decision we ever made for our family.

Right from the start my daughter was extremely well taken care and I was made to also feel very comfortable with starting daycare. Would definitely highly recommend sending your children here!!

We are very happy to have our little princess in Freckles. She absolutely loves this place and educators. My son was previously there and we had amazing experience. Food is very good, the educators are making children happy. This is perfect place for developing little humans.

My son has attended Freckles for several years now, so i can attest to the outstanding care the centre provides. Activities facilitated nurture cognitive and social skills and I feel confident in his emotional development and problem-solving, preparing him for primary school. Staff are caring, approachable, and always willing to take time to answer questions or discuss any concerns. I feel very grateful to Freckles and truly appreciated all their hard work and dedication.

Freckles has been amazing for us. All 3 of my children have attended, from ages 6 months -5 years. The kitchen is alway making yummy food for them and getting them to try new things which has been great for my fussy eaters. My 3 yr old son is a huge fan of their playground and construction zone, and loves his teachers. My daughter who now goes to primary school looks forward to picking up her brothers every day so she can see her old teachers who she loves also. We have 2 nieces that also have attended and have nothing but great reviews. We can't fault them and I would definitely recommend.

We are so glad we chose “Freckles Kindy & Learning Centre” in Tweed Heads for our daughter to attend starting back in 2020. We enrolled our daughter before she was even born as we had always heard great things from other parents regarding Freckles and didn’t want to miss an opportunity for my her to attend. My partner and I are so glad we did. She absolutely LOVES it and the programme’s they run day to day are so educational and delivered in a fun positive way. Our daughter comes home daily showing us new things she has learnt. The teachers are ALL amazing and so helpful especially since we are first time parents. It’s a smaller learning community then some and that’s what we love so much about it. The support they have given us is so warming. They are like family to us and our daughter loves her teachers especially the chef Nat. I can’t recommend this learning centre enough.🫶🏼 Thank you Freckles.
