Helen from Helen’s Family daycare in Seacliff Park has been absolutely wonderful for our little boy! Having never used a childcare before and with our 3yr old boy having development delays and sensory issues- we were quite nervous. As soon as we met Helen, she was so lovely, kind and good with our boy. She was very understanding, and really took the time to learn about him and how she could best help him settle in. It was so lovely seeing him thrive and Helen’s daycare really helped his development and socialising skills improve. I would definitely recommend Helen’s family daycare to anyone looking for a small, friendly, caring, family type feel.

Helen has been absolutely wonderful to take care of our little one from about 18 months to almost 3 years. We reduced our days at childcare because our son was getting colds every second week leading always causing an asthma flare up & Helen provided a perfect solution. She is incredibly professional with the paperwork and always meeting the quality & standards. There was always something different to play with and the art and craft was more special than childcare that’s for sure! Themed take home art was always our favourite and will always be cherished. Helen also provided us with great updates throughout the day and photos of what our son was up to. Communication 100%! Quality 100%! Safety 100%! Helen showed genuine care & we felt very lucky to be part of Helen’s family day care. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Our 2 kids were with Helen from when they went into child care. Helen offers a wonderful homely environment where our kids were able to flourish. Helen invests in the kids and helps them grow and explore while catering to their unique needs. Would highly recommend Helens services.

Finding Helen has been so rewarding for our son who is 3 years young. Our son has been going to Helen’s Day Care centre for about 6 months and always has a fun filled day. Helen communicates to me and my husband via phone and sends us lots of photos. Its so nice to see our son doing art or playing outside in the garden with his friends. Helen also has a wonderful way of connecting children with similar interest and she is very encouraging for children to play together. We are so happy with Helen’s family day care and feel our son will transition to kindy easy 😊.

My daughter has been in Helen’s care since she was 16months old and now she is 3.5 years. We love Helen and glad to have found her. She is so caring, supportive, nurturing, reliable, and warm. My daughter loves going to Helen’s and is always happy and feels safe there. She is also thriving a lot. She always comes home and says she has a good day and wants to go again and again. That says a lot how happy she is at Helen’s. I highly recommend her.

We were so grateful to find Helen. Our child attended for 3 years before starting kindy. Helen is extremely dedicated and attends to the unique needs of each child in her care. Helen maintains a clean, tidy and hygienic facility with an extensive catalogue and ever changing variety of age appropriate toys and learning activities. Our child was always welcomed with open arms and developed a lovely connection with Helen. As a parent I felt 100% confident as I walked away after drop off that my child was going to have a wonderful day, stay safe, play with friends and all overseen with Helen’s attentive and encouraging presence.

Helen is the most wonderful, caring, nurturing carer! Our child attended Helen's daycare for two years and he loved his time there. The children enjoy a variety of stimulating and educational toys, activities and creative making and beautiful garden to play outside. Helen always made sure the environment was safe for all children and took the care to know about each individual's strengths and interests. She is supportive in working with families for things like sleep and toilet training. Helen always communicates well, is extremely respectful and professional in her organisation and relating to parents and caregivers. We couldn't be happier with this service and highly recommend to anyone in the future.

We have been lucky enough to have both our girls' attend Helen's from 11 months old. Helen provides a calm, caring and fun environment and they both really look forward to their days there. It has been such a wonderful gentle introduction to child care for us and both our girls adore Helen, as do we! I always recommend Helen to anyone looking for day care :)

It was nerve wrecking at the beginning leaving our child with a ‘stranger’ but quickly recognised Helen as a member of our family. She is naturally a loving, caring and thoughtful person.
