My 21 month old son has been attending young academics for 4 months and what a smooth transition he has made into daycare. As working parents, the regular updates they provide throughout the day is extremely comforting knowing he is happy and having a great time . His speech and confidence in interacting with other children has improved at such a fast pace being at young academics. Highly recommend the staff and service provided.

I do not recommend this childcare centre based on our experience. Educators change far too often, making it difficult for children to feel secure or form consistent relationships with staff. What’s more concerning is that my daughter has suffered facial injuries multiple times, and during the most recent incident, I was not contacted or informed by the centre at all. The injury was only discovered by a family member at pickup. I received conflicting explanations from staff about when and how the injury occurred, and no clear details were provided. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. Even more troubling is that staff failed to notice the injury on their own, which raises serious questions about how closely the children are being supervised. When my family arrived, my daughter was alone while the other children were gathered together — it appeared she had been left unattended. At home, my daughter said a friend hurt her and that she cried. If a child cried due to an injury and staff didn’t notice or respond immediately, that is unacceptable. I’ve reported this incident to the Department of Education and will update this review based on their response. Parents deserve to know that their children are safe and properly cared for — unfortunately, I no longer have that confidence in this centre.

The staff is so amazing ❤️ I feel my concerns are always considered and my child is looked after. Unlike other centres from my experience, I receive daily updates/photos which gives me reassurance everyday that my daughter is happy.

Young academics has a beautiful team and a beautiful chef the centre has been so incredible to my son and he loves going to School everyday cannot fault them in anyway 😊

We absolutely love Young’s Academics! My eldest has been attending for 7 months now, and my youngest just started about 3 weeks ago and already, both of them are so happy there. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your children are not only safe but genuinely excited to go to daycare each day. The staff are truly exceptional, so caring, patient, and attentive. From day one, they made us feel welcome and supported, and it's clear how much love and dedication they put into caring for every child. Special thanks to Miss Mary, Miss Katelyn, Miss Zoe, Miss Ashlin, Ms Lotus, Ms Tayla, and Mr Paneet, each of you have made a wonderful impact on our boys, and we’re so grateful. They’ve bonded so quickly with their teachers and classmates, and most days it’s a challenge getting them to leave because they’re having such a great time! A big shoutout as well to Mr Karonesh, the food is “yummy” I hear, and it’s so comforting to know our kids are enjoying nutritious, delicious meals every day. Young’s Academics has created such a warm, nurturing environment, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place where their children will be truly cared for, supported, and happy.

Highly Recommend Young Academics! My son attends Young Academics, and the difference in his behaviour and development has been amazing. The care and support we’ve received have truly exceeded my expectations. Mary, the Centre Manager, goes above and beyond to make sure my son is well looked after and thriving. Katelynn, in the preschool room, has made both my son and me feel supported, understood, and heard. I’m so grateful for the team at Young Academics I highly recommend them to any parent!

We moved our daughter from another daycare to YA GV a month ago and we are so thrilled at how quickly she has settled in. At home, she always talks about the friends she has played with. The educators are really caring and welcoming. For a year at her old centre she would cry every day at drop off. Within a month at YA GV, she has settled in so well - drop off's are so much better, and she is a much happier kid after school now too. Thank you YA GV!

The staff provide thoughtful care and mentoring tailored to each age group. They all have such a warm, nurturing nature — it’s clear they genuinely care. My son adores his teachers, sometimes even more than his friends!

I am blown away at how quickly the team has helped to settle my daughter at a new centre, they got to know her on a personal level each day and quickly learnt all about her favourites and connected with her to build strong bonds. The centre is beautiful And well thought out, has always been clean with an array of resources, highly recommended this centre!
