Excellent daycare. Wonderful and caring staff who genuinely care about my child’s development. Clean centre that is filled with natural light and has lots of quality activities and toys.

I believe Kozy Kids is an exceptionally professional childcare centre. Each child is cared for by a dedicated educator, which fosters a strong sense of security for the children. The centre is very well-organised, and the daily meals provided are freshly prepared by their in-house chef, ensuring a balanced and nutritious diet. Every day when picking up my child, I am informed of all the day’s events, and the educators are diligent in keeping the children clean and changing their clothes when needed. This level of care gives us parents great peace of mind. My child has spent several happy and joyful years at Kozy Kids. It is evident that they have gained many new skills that we, as parents, would not have been able to teach them at home. This has been immensely gratifying for us. Overall, I highly recommend Kozy Kids to other parents looking for a reliable and nurturing childcare center for their children.

Our schools' buddy program with Kozy Kids provides invaluable learning opportunities for our students and their children. The program enhances social interaction, and teaches children how to play together and compromise. Our partners younger students, gain a glimpse into primary school life, fostering a positive attitude towards their upcoming transition and allowing us to model a supportive school community for them. The best kindy I have ever seen. My 8 months kids is very happy and enjoy time in Kozy kids. She eat well, sleep well. There is an app can help parents know the routine in kindy. The communication between school and parents is very good too. Very new facilities. Very responsible team, highly recommended here.

I would give 0 for rating Kozy Kids Glenside childcare center if I could. As a parent of a current enrolled child, I feel little support from this child care center and the staff at Kozy Kids Glenside. There are evidence that the staff at Kozy Kids have been neglecting my child’s needs and not providing sufficient support. I have left messages once said my baby has skin issues and severe nappy rash with broken skin and the doctor requested nappy changing hourly preferably. But the educators completely ignored me and said the policy at the center is nappy changing only every two hours. Besides, there is no communication about the rush between the educators and me at all. It also reminds me that the staff insist not to apply cream on my child unless they have doctors notes. But because I have trouble getting a GP appointment, the staff there just did nothing but let the child bleed with broken skin for the whole week. It was heart breaking! Apart from the lack of communication and little support for my child’s rash, the staff at Kozy Kids are not very attentive to the children as well. I have seen a child had a fall from height while the staff were busy chatting with each other about non work related matters during working hours. This makes me feel that Kozy Kids daycare does not put children’s safety at the first place. This is not a child-centered practice and the people who work there are not caring and attentive at all. It was time when I pick up my child, I saw a child was tied up in a pusher and crying with no toy to play with and no one next to him. I asked the staff what’s going on and I was told that this child was just new to the daycare center, that’s why he’s in there. Regretfully, it has been a extremely disappointing experience for me and my child here at Kozy Kids childcare. As a parent, I would not recommend any parents enroll their beloved children in Kozy Kids daycare.

Thank you Kozy Kids Glenside for your kindness & hospitality during our Early Learning Dental Program! By far one of our best Child Care centres that our dental team has visited. The new facility looks incredible for visitors and children alike. The classrooms are hygienic and abundant with activities for the children to enjoy indoors and outdoors. Our dental team immediately noticed the level of training, care and coordination all Educators and carers had for the safety, education and wellbeing of the children. It was a delight to visit Kozy Kids Glenside and we are excited to continue supporting the children with the incredible team.

Great childcare centre. We've had multiple kids at several centres, this is by far the best. The staff know our kids well (and us), feels like they are actually invested in helping our kids develop and grow. The primary care model works really well, especially as staff turnover seems very low here compared to other centres. The staff seem to enjoy being there and that's reflected in how happy are kids are there.

We started at Maylands and followed them to Glenside as soon as we found out they were opening. The staff have been all so amazing, accommodating and easy to talk to. Have yet to have a problem in the 3 years we have been with them. I have had 2 of my boys go through with them, and my last one is due to start soon. Definitely recommend going in and checking them out!
