Our son has been attending Glen Iris Childcare & Kindergarten just over 2 years now and we couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing and friendly, very supportive and approachable. It's a great environment for little people to develop their skills and friendships. We just knew this was the right fit after the first visit. Highly recommend.

Glen Iris Childcare and Kindergarten is an 82 place childcare and kindergarten service that has been a part of the Glen Iris community since our establishment in February 2015. We are part of the Trident Early Learning early childhood organisation.
Our high-quality childcare and kindergarten services cater to all children aged between 6 weeks and 6 years located throughout Glen Iris, Ashburton, Ashwood, Burwood, Camberwell and beyond. We are situated within the City of Boroondara council municipality, and are located on Wurundjeri country.
We are committed to providing children with the highest quality early childhood education and care. Our play-based learning program provides a balance of experiences to enhance and enrich each child's social, emotional, physical, creative, lingual, and intellectual development.
We aspire to create an environment that is warm, safe, fun and nurturing, which encourages a love of learning, and assists each child to reach their utmost potential.
We had our most recent Assessment and Rating Visit in February 2021 and are officially Meeting the National Quality Standard.
Our staff are all trained, experienced, caring educators who pride themselves on providing high quality education and learning programs. Our 3 and 4 year old kindergarten programs are highly sought after in the area, and are run by early childhood teachers who are available full-time.
Our meals are prepared by our centre chef who provides a hot, nutritious meal, with a variety of cultural influences. We offer breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack.
