Absolutely love BB5. They are next level when it comes to genuinely caring for each child and thinking about their individual needs. Handovers between rooms/ age groups are done thoughtfully children are monitored to see how they are adjusting. Incredibly stable carers (almost no turnover) so strong, secure attachment to carers is the norm. Very high levels of integrity. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Both our girls have been at this centre for the past few years and we have been incredibly grateful to all the wonderful carers! They engage the kids with so many creative and fun activities and are always incredibly warm and caring. Bonus points that they speak Mandarin to the kids and they end up learning so many new Mandarin words everytime they go.

My daughter has just graduated from BB5 and is now moving on to the next stage. It’s been an amazing five years at Bilingual By 5, and we’re so grateful for the care and dedication shown by all her educators throughout her time there. The bilingual environment has been a wonderful experience and has given her strong exposure to Mandarin in a natural and supportive way. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm, nurturing place for her to grow and thrive.

It has been amazing to have our daughter attend this centre. Besidea from the Mandarin immersion, she has made many friends, and learnt so many things. The centre is very well organised with their own kitchen, stroller storage area, separate indoor and outdoor areas for each class group, parking, and check in check out system. As parents, we received updates throughout the day, with photos and notifications sent to our phones. There is a journal log for everyday's activities for each room, and we are truly impressed with the amount of time the aunties and uncles at this centre spend on making each and every day worthwhile and enjoyable for the kids. Thank you BB5 for encouraging our daughter's curiosity to explore and learn, and sparking her interest in Mandarin culture and language 🥰

We have had a really wonderful experience with this childcare. The educators are genuinely kind patient and thoughtful and you can tell they truly care about each child as an individual. One thing we really value is the bilingual environment. Our daughter is exposed to both English and Chinese in a very natural and supportive way and it has been amazing to see her confidence grow in both languages. It never feels forced and is simply part of daily learning and life there. The team is also very detail oriented and attentive from their communication with parents to how they support the children emotionally and developmentally. We always feel informed and reassured and our daughter is happy and settled every day she attends. We are incredibly grateful to have found a place like this and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring high quality bilingual childcare environment.
