We had our 2 children here this year, our 1 year girl was the in the BaoBao room and our 3 year boy was in the GuaiGuai room, to say that we are happy with the entire bilingual-by-five centre at Perth city would be an understatement! All the staff at the centre from the top down (head manager of the centre to the educators) are of the highest professional standard in the childcare industry bar none! They provided a safe place to care and educate our children that made us feel at ease with regards to our cherished children's safety and education, this level of care is very hard to find. Both of our children have grown, developed and prospered in their respective time under the care and tuition of the educators at this facility and we are forever grateful to the entire team for all their hard-work, dedication, professionalism in our children's time at the centre. We have now moved away from WA and I know in my heart that we will struggle to find another childcare centre that can compare to this exemplary centre, they are the epitome of excellence in childcare services! For anyone considering sending their children to this centre, it is without hesitation that I highly recommend that you do. For the entire team of the centre, our parting message is that we will be forever grateful for everything you have done for both our children!

We absolutely love this daycare! The Mandarin immersion program has been wonderful for our child—it's reassuring to see how well they are picking up chinese. The teachers are truly the heart of this place. They’re kind, patient, and genuinely care about the kids. We are really grateful to have found this place.

It's been lovely to be part of the community here at BB5. I appreciate the effort the educators go to, bringing a child in who speaks English at home to an environment that is different culturally and linguistically. I loved that my son P got to experience the Chinese culture, as well as being immersed in Mandarin language. He has picked up a little bit to speak in the 8 months he has been here, and I know the main development is the neural pathways that have been established for future growth in language development! Our eldest son began attending childcare at this centre as a baby, from the age of 4 months, and transitioned to part-time when he started kindergarten. He then graduated to full-time school in Pre-primary. My youngest son began his journey with Bilingual from 5 months old, and today will be his final day playing with his You You friends, which is a sad day for us all. As a full-time working mum, the “mum guilt” of leaving your children in childcare can feel all-consuming at times. I trusted this centre with my babies from a young age, and they have been a significant part of my children’s journey, which has led to the boys I am very proud of today, for which I will always be grateful. What appealed to us initially about Bilingual was the opportunity for our sons to be immersed in a second language from a young age. We are not Mandarin speakers at home, so neither of our sons has had the opportunity to speak the language outside of Bilingual. This made it tricky to tell how much they absorbed during their time and the impact that had - until recently. This year, our eldest began Mandarin lessons at his school (Year 1 class), and his language teacher is amazed at his pronunciation and ability to pick up and retain everything he is taught in this class. My son Elon stayed here more than two years. All the educators made me and my family feel extremely welcome and gave great reassurance that my son was well cared here. AMAZING staff with so much heart and caring mindset. The educators really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. My son learnt a lot from his day care life and developed very well on bilingual languages especially. They keep you update throughout the day on how your little ones are doing through the app and face to face. We highly recommend Bilingual By Five for anyone looking for care for their little ones. We’re very thankful to the all educators (Rachel, Krystal, Snow, Fangfang, Jason, Yirou, Esther, Grace etc) who looked after Elon in the past 2 years.
