Our 16 month old attends CF Keperra and overall we are really happy. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating to all of my questions and requests and they seem to genuinely adore my son and know all of his little nuances so well. He runs up to us at the end of the day smiling. Mel, centre manager, goes above and beyond and she’ll never know how truly grateful we are, as this is our first daycare experience. Any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and so professionally and most of all, warmly. We understand that this is still a relatively new centre and we look forward to a consistent educator group in my sons studio so he can continue to develop close bonds with those who are now forming part of our village. Could not speak highly enough of this place. My wife and I enrolled our daughter here when she was 6 months old and right from the start the management team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive.<br><br>They are very flexible, personalising their caregiving to our little one and going above and beyond to ensure that all of us are comfortable and happy. Moving from one day a week to helping my wife transition through her return to work, the team has been very accomodating and practically fall over themselves to be of assistance to us.<br><br>All staff members are super friendly and above all, it is clear that they genuinely care for our daughter. Her development over these months has been great to see as they enable her experiences and learning in a way that she finds engaging and fun. We’re engaged when determining her food plan, and receive regular updates with her development progressions from the whole team.<br><br>We have been very impressed with our experience here, and could not even consider trusting any other centre with her over this one. Mel, Annie, Maddie, John, Chef Roberto and the whole team that care for our girl are truly the best! 5 massive stars

The staff have been so attentive and supportive during my kids transition into the centre. The communication and updates from staff is fantastic. My kids feel safe with the educators and love the 3a games and structure of learning. They also offer 15% off fees if a defence member!!

Our daughter has been at Children's First Keperra for around 6 months now and the changes we have seen in her have absolutely blown us away. The staff here really listened to every concern that I had coming from another centre and put a plan in place to address every single concern. Our daughter has thrived building relationships with educators and students, she is so much more confident and happy in herself and gets excited every morning that she goes in. The centre is clean and new and the communication from staff is excellent.

The centre has been amazing in supporting my medically complex little person. The staff have access to both speech and ot as well as a well supported medical advice team. The indoor space is beautiful, colourful and supports reggio emilia / montessori learning. Strong focus on building relationships with all children and their families. Outdoor area is beautiful: man made with great features like soft fill so if my baby falls she has a soft landing but the outdoor space also has areas for real natural plants, sand pits and water play. The centre also has the most adorable little support pup!! The meals menu look amazing each week. Couldnt have asked for a better caring space for my baby.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this childcare centre. The management team is incredibly supportive, professional, and always welcoming, creating a warm and positive environment for both children and families they also go above and beyond to make family’s feel supported and valued. The educators are caring, attentive, and truly passionate about helping each child learn and grow. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do. My child absolutely adore each and every one of them. A special mention to the chef, who provides amazing nutritious meals that the children absolutely enjoy. The effort put into creating healthy, balanced, and delicious food each day is outstanding. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in such caring and capable hands. Highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality childcare with an amazing team. 😊

Amazing Centre 5 stars all the way! We switched to the Children First daycare company with our little boy last year after a very bad experience with a different un named local daycare facility and haven't looked back. We first moved to Children first Gaythorne and it was such a great experience for us we couldnt wait for the The Keperra centre to finally open so we could move back closer to home. We were excited to see the same amazing facilities Gaythorne had. The Keperra centre is beautiful in design and the staff are so welcoming and absolutely incredible. Our son can be very shy and nervous at times around new places and new people however from day 1 it was if he had always been there. The wonderful caring staff make all the difference and we cannot thank them enough for how they have looked after not only our son but also us parents ❤️

Amazing facilities with plenty of outdoor space that my daughter loves playing in. So many great resources & play equipment & very caring & lovely educators & centre director that have formed a lovely bond with my daughter. Very happy we moved our daughter across to this childcare centre & would highly recommend!
