It's very concerning that some people think they can leave trashy and negative comments about situations they weren't even present for, only have heard gossip from others they know who have biased opinions. If you had any idea how understaffed they are, and the pressure they are under, you would think twice about trash talking them. The staff are incredible. The only people who struggle with them are the ones who can't handle losing their control, that they should never have had. Remember these reviews can 100% be used in a legal setting as evidence. If you wish to cast judgement through comments without being present at the time, it may come back to haunt you. I would highly recommend harmony house to anyone who is dealing with conflict. They are affordable and 100% child focused

I have found Harmony House to play an important role in supporting contact with my children. The staff have consistently been professional, respectful, and child-focused, providing a safe and nurturing environment for meaningful time together. Supervision has been managed in a way that feels supportive without being intrusive, which has made a significant difference to the quality of visits. The team are clearly skilled in working with sensitive and complex situations, and their level of professionalism and care is commendable. I would recommend this service to anyone requiring a contact centre.

Despite the fact that outside factors have affected the success rate of the visits, this is not due to the amazing staff at the centre. Everyone I've dealt with have been nothing but supportive and put in every effort to try and make a successful time of a very difficult situation. As a dad "in the system", I've been treated with respect and empathy (quite the opposite to how I expected to be received in this kind of environment). Very grateful and appreciative of the patience and efforts of Ronnel and Fi in particular. Thank you!

Id give ZERO STARS IF AVAILABLE! This ‘Organisation’ is the most unprofessional Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They lie. They are unorganised. Staff turnover is insane. They are judgemental and aid in parental alienation. The venue is suited for up to 4/5 year old max. Privacy and EXTREME safety breaches
