We have seen tremendous growth and development in David during his time at Journey, and we are truly grateful for the support, care, and encouragement shown by the teachers and fellow students throughout his journey.

Great place, The staff always take excellent care of the children and are so friendly. They definitely all need a raise for their hard work they do to care for the children. I sent my toddler there about a year ago and she loved it there and would be really excited to see her caregivers, Definitely recommend.

The Educators and Centre Management have been phenomenal! Our son has come leaps and bounds since starting there, they have developed approaches for happy goodbyes each morning and the learning environment has been fun and engaging - he is always so excited to go to daycare each day. What a change from our previous centre and I can't thank everyone enough - you are making a life changing difference!

Love this centre. My child has been through a very traumatic couple of events at a previous centre, Journey has done anything and everything to make her feel loved and accepted. I can not explain just how much it warms my heart seeing my child happy and excited to go to daycare. Thank you for re-storing my faith in early childhood education ❤️

We feel incredibly lucky to have been recommended by friends to JEL Brisbane Airport. Both my kids have settled in and are thriving with such hands on dedicated teaching and support staff. My eldest is now in kindy at JEL and has transitioned so well. The teaching staff are incredibly dedicated and passionate. I have never seen early learning staff so engaged and motivated. Previously my eldest had struggled to settle in and feel comfortable at day care having pulled her out of two previous day cares after 6+ months because she was not settling in and refusing to eat and partake in activities it has been so reassuring to see her comfortable, looking forward to going to kindy and being her true self. We have seen her confidence soar and her creativity shine. She has built secure relationships with the teaching staff who have been so wonderful in supporting her transition and she has made wonderful friends. We have also settled in our youngest who started attending at 6months old. It can be daunting leaving your baby in childcare from a young age but JEL Brisbane Airport feels more like a small tight knit community who are apart of our “village”. The teaching team and management/admin team are so caring and supportive and communication is outstanding. We never feel like just another child or parent we are always welcomed by name and treated as part of the community the teaching team always miss the kids if we have had time off and are so genuine in their care and attention. We feel grateful to have found such a great environment for our kids.

Lovely staff - very knowledgeable and kind. The space is huge and each room is clean and tidy. They place a big emphasis on learning, with multiple early learning childcare teachers and a great curriculum. The menu is extensive and nutritious, with thoughtful meal ideas for each day. We look forward to our baby boy attending.

We toured the place and were impressed with the facilities, the children seemed happy and the carers looked like they enjoyed working there. We hope our bub gets enrolled next year

Journey was such a wonderful childcare centre for our daughter and us as parents. They made us a feel very welcome at the beginning and they were very accomodating of matching our home routine to their day-to-day routines with all the other children. The educators were wonderful, especially Monika and Emilie in the nursery who definitely went above and beyond in caring, educating and having fun with our daughter. The meals always looked delicious and wholesome. The administration of the centre was helpful with any queries we had and always accomodating for our circumstances.
