Very Disappointing Experience<br><br>My child has been attending this centre for more than a year, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I have personally come to the centre to pick up my child on several occasions and witnessed staff in the classroom simply standing around wearing warm clothing and chatting with each other, while the weather outside was very cold. From what I observed, there seemed to be a lack of attention and proper care for the children.<br><br>More seriously, my child was physically assaulted by another child at the centre on two separate occasions. When I raised my concerns with the centre manager, I was told that they could not guarantee my child’s safety and that my child could potentially be assaulted again.<br><br>What was even more disappointing was the way my concerns were handled. Instead of showing understanding and taking responsibility for improving the situation, I was told, in a very dismissive manner, that if I could continue sending my child there, then I should do so, and if not, I should find another centre.<br><br>As a parent, I find this attitude extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. Parents expect a childcare centre to provide a safe, caring and properly supervised environment for their children. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not feel that my child has received the level of care and attention that a parent should reasonably expect.<br><br>I strongly urge other parents to think carefully and do thorough research before choosing this centre for their children. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this centre to other parents who are looking for a safe and caring environment for their children.

Both our kids attend Acacia Children’s Centre and we couldn’t be happier. Great educational services, well-planned activities and field trips, and the staff are attentive and caring. Highly recommend!

I’ve had all 3 of my children attend this centre, and we can’t recommend it enough. The educators are so caring and attentive to my daughter. I’m especially grateful to Ms. Luyen, Ms. Gracie, and Ms. Anna for helping her transition into class each morning without tears. The director and staff are also incredibly helpful and supportive.

This is the best childhood centre I’ve seen Not only is organised but it is amazing. Any child would be happy to be sent here. This place is truly amazing. Anyone who writes a bad review does not know what they’re talking about. This place deserves 10 stars, but that’s not possible with the system we use currently.

The quality of care and educational programs is poor. Most educators lack passion and rude.

This was close to my place so i had to send my kids there but i was never so happy, my daughter was always wet cloth sleeves were wet dirty way too much dirty ,always got sick , she has asthma he fever so i always had to request if they can keep her inside in such a weather in which she may fall sick easily increase her cough but they never listen tell you we cant do that, well now my daughter goes full time at Guardian Childcare and i am so happy that i can see a big diffidence in care ,at Acacia she went always 2 days sometimes 3 but fall sick every 2 weeks and now since started at Guardian never fall sick and before even i say something when the weather is not appropriate educators keep her inside i was surprised to how much they care to each children which i have never seen at Acacia , once even i saw a crawling baby putting someones mask in her mouth from the ground, omg this was my worse decision ever to send my daughters there and always if you request something they deny refuse never so supportive at all, i am surprised how other parents can recommend but from me a big NO NO

Lovely vibe, great educators and staff. My son has been attending to Acacia for more than 2 years now and we are so happy with his development. He is always excited to go to the childcare and we really appreciate all the fun activities the centre provides during the year. Thank you Acacia team ❤️

My son has been attending Acacia for 4 years. He began going to Acacia at the young age of 8 months. Due to his prematurity (born at 26 weeks). The staff were very accommodating and caring. In general staff at Acacia are lovely, kind, friendly and very nurturing. They have a play base program which is child led. My son has enjoyed going to Acacia, he is a very confident and social boy and this is due to the care and learning, he has received! Amazing child care.

This childcare worse childcare ever. They just let the kids walking around, nobody watches them. They let the kids hurting other kids. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
