I toured 8 centres before choosing this one. It was outstanding and care comes first. My daughter is so precious to me and the right care is so important. My daughter loves going to birches and has developed a strong bond with the educators who are all angels 😇 .

I honestly can’t recommend this childcare enough. The educators have been absolutely amazing with both of my boys.<br><br>My youngest took much longer to settle in than most children, but the team never gave up. They have been so patient, caring, and dedicated to finding what works best for him each day. They continue to support him every step of the way, encouraging his speech, confidence, and overall development. It’s so reassuring knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely care about helping him thrive.<br><br>The Pre-K room has also been incredible for my older son. They helped him settle in so quickly, and he has built such wonderful relationships with all of the educators. He absolutely loves going to childcare, and it’s clear how much the staff genuinely care about every child.<br><br>One of the things I appreciate most is how comfortable and confident I feel leaving my children in their care. The educators show the utmost care, kindness, and compassion towards every child, while also recognising that every family is different. They take the time to understand each family’s individual needs and do everything they can to accommodate them, which has made such a positive difference to our experience.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. Your patience, dedication, and genuine care have had such a positive impact on both of my children’s lives. We are so grateful to have found such a supportive and nurturing childcare, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

Very happy with the care my 2YO has at this centre, he loves coming here and his educators. I know he is cared for and safe here.

Great staff, They handle children with care, they are outside daily and learn something new everyday

I have never been treated so poorly, I am seperated from my sons mum and I have tried for 2 years to get basic information and 1 person in particular has lied to police has blocked access, has cc’d/screenshotted/and bcc’d my x in multiple occasions. 2 years on and still 0 information and the way I get spoken to is just insane I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Very bad beware, DONT send your children to this centre. I had to remove my child do to several breaches at the Carrum downs centre. We are still waiting on even an explanation from them to explain how so many things were not done according to child safely regulation but they just ignore us now. Look at the reviews on the Carrum Downs Facebook page, the neighbours of the centre talk about how dirty and lazy the staff are

The team at Birches Carrum Downs are fantastic. Always going the extra mile to make sure our girls are happy. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone. We moved here after having a dreadful experience elsewhere and we could not be happier.

My little one has been at Birches for the last 15 months and she is thriving and absolutely loves it there. The educators are lovely, the centre is immaculate and the kids are happy, well looked after and fed well. The centre communicates well and is always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend!

The whole team at Birches are absolutely amazing. They are professional, attentive, friendly and truly care about the families. Jenni and Kat are terrific room leaders and our daughter is happy to see their smiling faces each morning. The centre manager Shannon and assistant manager Jarla are always happy to help with any questions you might have either face to face, over the phone or via email. They have an amazing chef that makes delicious and healthy lunches and snacks for the kids. I always see that my child has 'eaten extra' during mealtimes. Facilities are always clean and well presented. Conveniently located building away from the busy street and easy parking. We can't recommend Birches Carrum Downs enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Daisy has slipped into care with out troubles. They are like family to her. So kind and caring and helpful. I had issues with payment and subsidy as a new mum I had no idea. The staff walked me through and answered all my annoying questions with out hesitation. They are always so bright and happy and will go above and beyond for your little ones.
