We have attended alphababies for 2 years now and are very satisfied with the centre. My children have shown ample growth and development since attending the service and this is thanks to the amazing educators. They have worked hard to build quality relationships with each child nurturing their strengths and celebrating the individual child. Their passion for the career is obvious as they go above and beyond each day. I value how the centre are always looking to improve through professional learning and asking for feedback in order to stay up to date with current practices and ensure the families are heard. We chose alphababies because we got an authentic family feeling, the staff were welcoming and approachable, and the centre size itself. These have all continued to be positives on our journey. Being an experienced educator myself, It is clear to see the efforts the team put in to making alphababies a place where children can come to feel safe, have their needs met to a high standard and their learning wholeheartedly supported. We have had such a wonderful experience with Alphababies Blue Birds, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my little daughter receives. The staff are truly amazing and always go above and beyond to make sure parents feel informed and supported. They consistently notify me of any issues, no matter how small, and keep me regularly updated on my daughter’s milestones and development, which gives me great peace of mind.

My daughter went to this preschool and I was absolutely disgusted in how the centre was run. The children were very poorly looked after. The children that did not eat provided meals were denied their right to a sandwich and forced to starve until afternoon tea. In special occasions such as children’s week didn’t exist to the centre as the staff were not aware of the event. It seemed They were changing staff every few months because as soon as the staff were qualified from being in traineeship, they were replaced by another trainee. The resources are poor And every day I would drop my daughter off they would have the same activities out. The centre is very out dated.

This is an amazing centre with very professional staff. They are caring and skilled at what they do, ensuring they follow legal frameworks to provide the highest level of care and education to children. Would recommend this centre to anyone!
