Our child has been attending FACES for the past year and it’s been very apparent why there is a substantial waiting period to get into this childcare. The educators are devoted and dedicated to ensuring the development, wellbeing and safety of all the children. There is always a friendly and positive demeanour and attitude from the educators despite the fact that it is undoubtedly a challenging job that they have. Every concern or incident has been handled in a prompt and professional manner with due process and protocols being observed. I have great confidence and assurance that my girl is in great hands. Every educator is fantastic but Cadence, Renu , Yuki, Yvonne and Kanae in particular have been amazing in helping us settle in and allow our child to grow and thrive in a supportive and loving environment. 我对这所CC很满意，我的孩子在这里学到了很多，也学会了和同龄小朋友一起玩。最明显的是，他变得比以前更有自信、更勇敢了，现在也愿意尝试平衡木等户外活动。孩子每天都很愿意去CC，也经常会提起他的老师们，看得出来他很喜欢每一位老师，也很信任大家。我很推荐大家来这个CC。

Wonderful school with caring teachers and a positive learning environment. My daughter enjoys going to school every day and has grown so much academically and socially. We are very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend this school to other parents.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with FACEs. The teachers are warm, patient, and truly care about each child. Our two kids attended here over the past 6 years. They had grown so much in confidence, social skills, and learning since starting here. The daily activities are creative and engaging, and we love receiving updates and photos that show how happy and involved our children are. The center itself is clean, safe, and welcome also.

My older child graduated from here and had a wonderful experience. Now my younger one is 2 years old and is also attending this kindergarten. All the staff truly love the children. They always greet us with great energy and are happy to chat with parents. The daily activities are very diverse—crafts, singing, reading, sports, trips to the library… the children have so much fun every day. It’s a small but beautiful kindergarten, and the teachers give the children a lot of care and comfort, which is really important for them.

My daughter spent 2 years at this centre. During her time here, she has had a very positive experience with all the educators. Every single educator is patient, caring, and friendly, which made it easy for my child to not only feel welcomed, but comfortable to be herself. You really get a sense that all the staff at FACES genuinely like and are suited to working with kids. We are moving out of the area, and will be sad to go.

The teachers here are truly exceptional— attentive, caring, and so dedicated to looking after the children. My little one is always excited to go. The staff creates a warm, nurturing environment where the kids feel safe and loved. I wish I could have known this childcare earlier.

My son has been attending this child care for about 2years now and he is very happy! Sadly not many people know this child care as it is located in the residential area. Highly recommend - all the teachers are friendly and genuinely interested in your child’s development. Large enough for kids to play and learn and outdoor is also great! Weekly Chinese class is also great. My son can sing and count in Chinese although he is from different nationality 😊
