Being new to nsw And enrolling my kids. I wont recommend this centre. Worst adminstration staff. I booked a tour and was told we have some days available. I got a call on Friday 20th march by Lauren that we have the days available. And submit the fees. It wasnt just one it was many calls back and forth. I submitted the fees on spot she asked for my card number etc. My orientation was all set on the same day. It was Friday where we had some personal celebration also we were busy. I apparently missed one call which was half hour earlier fir the orientation. I visited the centre. Suddently i got all those stares And rene asked me if you attended the most recent call from lauren I said no We were busy its our cultural celebration day. With my son and a baby in one hand i called back to lauren And this is what she said Sorry but their was a system error we dont have these days at all. Neither in this centre or the other. After all the trouble I went through Visitng centres With 2 kids recently moved to nsw And this is the first image i receive. Its already hard to relocate and then finding a centre for your kids. Anyhow Its been 3 weeks And im comstantly calling back along with emails about my refund. But still all i receive is that its in process . What is this ? Centers deduct fees every week from parents regarding childcare But when it comes to refund Excuses. I still havnt received my refund And im not getting any responses from emails either. I contacted my bak for a dispute. I was in QLD and the centre that my chuld was enrolled was the best On spot refunds credits etc But this the worst adminstrations staff ever! Didnt want to give any stars But had to put 1

I dont even want to give it a one star. Worst adminstration staff. Lack of care towards the kids . And whats worst is that the educators pretend that they dont know the incident has happened and lies about it. Very good at making excuses too.

Dani and the team at LZ's Thornton 2 are fantastic. We don't have any family nearby and the team at LZ's are certainly our 'village'. Our child genuinely gets excited to see their friends (both children and educators) each day. We were nervous when we first started our daycare path as our child needs 5 days a week, but we are so happy with this now. Our child has grown so much and the team are so invested in the children's growth and development and are excited to share that with us every day. I can absolutely recommend little zaks Thornton 2 whole heartedly

We couldn’t be happier with Little Zak’s Academy - Thornton 2. Our son has been attending full-time since he was just 6 months old and is now 2.5 years old, and the care and education he has received during that time has been nothing short of amazing. His academic learning and development have been exceptional. We are constantly impressed by how much he is learning and how confidently he engages with new skills and concepts. The educators are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and wellbeing. What truly stands out is the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. Any concerns raised have been handled with transparency, care, and clear communication from both the centre team and leadership. That reassurance means so much as a parent. We feel completely confident and grateful knowing our son is in such capable, caring hands every day. We truly couldn’t ask for a better centre to be looking after our child. Highly recommend!

We have been a Little Zaks family for some time now. We have found our child's confidence has jumped in leaps and bounds, particularly over the last few months. We credit this to the various activities offered (including Swim School), strong relationships with the educators and the management of the centre director, Dani. There have been recent upgrades to the centre including updated furnishings and classroom resources. Our child's favourite upgrade is the brand new play equipment in the outdoor area, which is fantastic for combining imaginative and physical play. During morning drop off, we are always supported by the friendly educators who know our child well. We have found Dani to always be approachable and very responsive to any feedback, suggestions or concerns and we have complete trust that our child is in good hands with her and her wonderful team.

Excellent centre with great staff who show they really care about the children that attend the centre. They are always welcoming and understanding and happy to explain the activities that the children are involved in during the day.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at this child care centre. The staff especially the director Miss Danielle are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. The communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. Our grandson has grown tremendously—both socially and academically—since enrolling. The centre is clean, well-structured, and offers a great balance of learning and play. We are so grateful for the nurturing environment and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality child care.

A big SHOUT OUT to Dani and the team at T2!! After a rollercoaster 4 months, I can honestly say I’m so pleased to be part of the Little Zak’s family here at Thornton 2. My hubby and I have watched the centre improve and grow strong over weeks and months of hard work, thanks to the Director and the Amazing Team here. As well as watching my child thrive at daycare, I too feel heard and cared for as a parent - which means the world to me, especially as I have a broad accent. When I arrived to collect my son last week, (having had a difficult morning), I was met with a hug and genuine kindness that demonstrated qualities to me that go above and beyond LZ simply being a business. On top of this, the team have actioned requests and taken onboard feedback to my delight and I am thrilled with the content of the daily journals. I look forward to starting my youngest in the coming weeks and Miss Courtney already knows to get in loads of bananas :-) Thank you everyone at T2!! Also, was very impressed with my birthday card - thank you Miss Hayley, (she’ll know which one lol).

My child has been going here for a few years now and the staff are great and has learned many valuable things that will help my child in there future!

This centre used to be a great service; however, over the past 6–8 months, it has gone drastically downhill. There have been multiple concerning incidents, including staff being dismissed in front of children and serious issues being withheld or inconsistently communicated to families. A number of permanent educators have either resigned or been stood down, leaving the centre heavily reliant on casual staff and lacking stability. What’s most disappointing is the dishonesty and lack of transparency from management. Families have received conflicting information, and there has been a clear reluctance to take ownership or communicate openly. My son had been attending since he was 11 months old and is now 3. We made the difficult decision to withdraw him due to the ongoing lack of care, consistency and the dismissive attitude of senior leadership. It’s a real shame to see how far this service has fallen.
