As an educator, I acknowledge, understand and embrace the personal strengths & diversity each child will bring to our learning environment.
I will assist in providing the children with opportunities to learn & grow at their own pace, through the development of physical, emotional & social skills using interactive & creative experiences.
This will be encouraged & designed around the Early Years Learning Framework of play-based learning activities & socialising with a variety of people through Community programs & playgroups.
I believe that each child needs an environment with opportunities to explore & discover their abilities, to be supported & encouraged in different ways that will
assist in building their confidence, teaching them to know & understand their own self-worth & instil lifelong values.
Little Toots Family Day Care actively promotes partnerships with families to provide opportunities to support their expectations on best outcomes for their child/ren in an Early Education and Care environment.
When formatting programs for your child, my primary focus is to ensure they feel supported by offering them consistent routines each day, activities that incorporate & encourage their interests & the tools to assist them in becoming independent little people
