The Learning Sanctuary at Park Orchards have been incredible! We made the difficult decision to transition our daughter half way through the year from another centre and while initially it was extremely hard for her going through such a big change, the team always made an extra special effort to welcome her and make her (and us) feel comfortable. Once comfortable she thrived and loved going. Our son has since started in the baby room and the team are fantastic. Everyone knows our children by name and still ask after our daughter even though she has now left for kinder. The leadership team in Lauren and Kylee is the best I have experienced. We receive just the right amount of updates without being overwhelmed with emails and they are always super responsive and supportive when I speak with them. People say it takes a village to raise children, and it can be extremely hard as a parent to rely on other people who are essentially strangers to form part of that village but I’m so grateful for the team at the Learning Sanctuary for all that they do for our family. Highly recommend!

From the moment I enquired and toured the centre, I felt an incredibly warm and caring atmosphere. It was clear right away that the team genuinely loves children and is passionate about what they do. Over the past 9 months, our child has been so happy to attend every day, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. The program is thoughtfully designed, and the staff are always accommodating to our child’s individual needs. Their policies are strong and well-implemented, and communication is always proactive and clear. A special shoutout to Mel and Kylee—your kindness, dedication, and genuine care mean the world to us. And to Lauren, the centre manager, thank you for being approachable, supportive, and always on top of everything. The entire team is welcoming and easy to talk to, and it’s evident that staff enjoy working here—there’s very low turnover, which says a lot about the positive environment. We’re so grateful to have found this centre. It truly feels like a second home for our child.

The Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards have been an incredible centre for my twins who started at a very young age. They started there 2 months after they left hospital for being premature. I had no choice to go back to work but after so much stress and worry to try and gind the best place for them this was by far the best choice. The educators are like family. They are so incredibly humble, kind, loving and caring towards not just my twins but make my whole family feel welcome. Every child is cared for to the highest level and i feel so much comfort leaving my twins with them. They love going to childcare and they have never been dropped off where they turn around and grab a hold of me. They love seeing the educators and giving them lots of hugs and learning to say all their names. The photo updates are so nice wach day and the variety of learning and playing is extremely well planned. Due to my twins being born 3 months early i cant tell that they are behind in their development because the experience of the educators shows and shines through their development. A shout out to the food being cooked an incredible selection of healthy food and eating by the kids and i love that the kids get a special birthday cake made for them personalised too for their birthdays. Love this childcare and ive made the best choice for my kids. Thank you to all the staff at Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards.

We’ve been sending our 4 year old to the Learning Sanctuary for over 3 years, and now send our 1 year old. We couldn’t be happier with the care, professionalism and facilities made available to the kids and parents. The team of educators truly go above and beyond; from the nutritious food to the mountain of activities and excursions they put on, we’ve never had the slightest concern for our children’s wellbeing. It’s obvious they take their work seriously and the kids come first. No doubt there are some questionable childcare centres out there, but The Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards has to be one of the best.

My two kids have been attending TLS Park Orchards since January 2023. Both children are thriving and the educators are fabulous. Great centre.

The Learning Sanctuary has been a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. She has been attending the centre since she was six months old and has settled in with ease. The childcare educators are fantastic, especially Mel, who always makes me feel like I don’t have to worry. She demonstrates exceptional experience in her role. All the staff are amazing and truly get to know each child. I am very happy with the centre and highly recommend it.

Our son has been at TLS for 3 years and our daughter 1. Both of our kids started in the nursery and have progressed through the rooms. The staff are fantastic - very caring and attentive. They encourage the children and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Both of our kids love going to childcare and we feel the environment at TLS is a positive one for them. We love that they provide us feedback as to how the children are going throughout the year and especially how their day has been at pick up time. Thanks Team :)
