We've had the most amazing experience with the Big Treehouse. From the wonderful educators, like-minded families, strong friendships and incredible early learning skills our daughter has developed. She absolutely thrives in the rhythm and routine of her day and loves the thoughtfully rotated activities and learning themes that keep things engaging and age-appropriate. Jess & the team are warm, attentive and genuinely caring, consistently going above and beyond. Special moments like the end-of-year celebrations and graduation were created with so much heart and effort. Kindness and respect are clearly embedded as core values, and the teacher-to-child ratio feels just right. It’s honestly impressive to see how the entire cohort can sit, listen and participate so calmly and confidently in group activities. I love the detailed Storypark updates and daily photos. They make me feel connected to my daughter's day, from her learning, her friendships, and all the little moments in between. There’s a strong sense of community here, and as a boutique preschool focused on the 3–5 age group, it’s allowed for genuine, familial relationships to form between educators, children and families. I’m incredibly grateful this is where my daughter began her learning journey, and we very much look forward to sending our son here when the time comes. We are so incredibly lucky to have had access to this brilliant preschool in our local area for both of our children. All educators are committed and passionate and go above and beyond on a daily basis. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for the early education journey of our daughters.

Our experience with The Big Treehouse has been nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere of warmth, kindness and care created a second home for our daughter. The dedicated staff members cared so genuinely for our little one, helping her to grow individually and socially. Her curiosity for learning was always nurtured and encouraged and we were endlessly amazed at the innovate and engaging educational activities that were created for the children. Activities about the solar system, recycling, sea life and even the water cycle were made to be so fun and age appropriate. As a parent, when you leave your child in the care of others, you just want them to be loved and valued - The Big Treehouse does that, and so so much more. We hit the jackpot with this centre and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

We are so grateful to the staff at The Big Treehouse. When our daughter’s family daycare closed during the pandemic, we struggled to find a centre that supported our daughter and made her feel included and safe. She was struggling with all the changes during a very mixed up year. The staff have been so supportive of her social, emotional and educational welfare. They are caring, professional and it is an absolutely beautiful centre. Everything is spotless, the activities are engaging and different each day. They seem to really make an effort to know and understand our little girl and find out what she likes and areas she needs help in so they can further her development. I have regular chats with the staff and they are always happy to discuss anything. I can highly recommend The Big Treehouse!
