New management by Belgravia recently has made it harder to access group classes. It used to be so easy! No option for casual drop in and impossible to book online. The website is a mess. I hope they can sort this out asap. Currently on hold for 20mins.... But Belgravia has a pretty bad rep in other council areas

Sauna is nice and hot. Front service desk is abysmal, not out of rudeness or anything, but they often have reduced terminals to serve people, and they haven't twigged that you can devote one terminal to the longer enquiries, and another to quick transactions. Or they forgot to charge one eftpos and you have to wait while they process someone's full membership application while you're only after a casual visit. Also, they now charge you four dollars for locker hire. The centre otherwise is great, just hope they can get their system together.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Coburg Leisure Centre took payment for four classes, then forfeited them when management changed, without notifying me.<br><br>I’ve followed up for six weeks and have been met with nothing but avoidance and zero accountability from Coburg, Merribek City Council, and both providers. They’ve kept pushing responsibility around and left me to absorb the loss.<br><br>No notice, no refund, no ownership. Shocking service and completely unacceptable treatment of paying customers. Refund my money.

Since the change in provider at the centre, it has significantly dropped. The staff are great but there is an inherent lack of support and training for them which is evident.<br>Appreciate that transitions take time and people typically don’t like change but Merri beks move to change providers has not been a thought out approach.<br>The cafe was brilliant and for us who knew him actually was great but the new Saturday morning staff are googling how to make coffees

If only I could give 0 stars.<br>From 20 minutes waiting for a wrong coffee at the cafe, to constant IT issues, to over packed gym and can’t even book in a body scan.

Today, my daughter had her swimming lesson in the Periwinkle group, and the class sizes felt very poorly balanced. Our session in the small pool was packed with 7 children plus their parents, making it incredibly crowded, while a nearby lesson in the larger pool had only 4 parents and babies.Beyond the crowding, the administration and communication at this centre are very frustrating because they do not inform parents when lessons are cancelled, leaving us with no email or text notifications beforehand. Furthermore, they refuse to refund your money if your child is sick and cannot attend. Instead of a refund, they only offer a makeup lesson, but because you must maintain your regular ongoing subscription, it is nearly impossible to actually find the time to use these extra makeup tokens. Paying for a cramped learning environment while dealing with poor communication and unfair booking policies is highly disappointing, and management needs to seriously improve their customer service and class organisation.
