Unprofessional and rude reception staff.

James was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. After calling back multiple times and being passed around and placed on hold repeatedly because his colleague decided to leave for the day after placing me on hold when I was trying to sign my child up for swimming lessons and she went to go confirm available start times. When he admitted this I said, "surely that's not the case and she wouldn't have just put me on hold and leave", he said, "let's not harp on about this until the cows come home". I definitely won't give these people a cent. I'm perplexed how anyone can feel comfortable speaking to someone like that.
