Over the past 12 months, the growth and support my child has received in the Preschool Room at Natures Academy has been incredible. Thanks to the consistent guidance from Jordan and Evelyn, my child can now write his name, sing the alphabet not only in English but also in another language, and is building strong foundations for school and beyond. They’ve helped him become more independent, make green choices, and most importantly, grow into who he’s meant to be. They’ve also supported him in understanding and managing his big feelings, which has made such a difference in how he handles day-to-day challenges. During quiet time, they offer him sensory alternatives that help him feel settled and included, recognising and responding to his unique needs. Komal and Zac have also been fantastic! always proactive, approachable, and open. My child always leaves school happy, and as a parent, that’s everything. I’m truly grateful for the care, patience, and heart the team at Natures Academy brings every day.

I am happy that I found a childcare that can look after my little man Luca. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Miss Evelyn she always makes sure that my son is doing well. Also Miss Alpha , Miss Mia and Miss Marjorie for always looking after Luca. Big shout out also to Miss Julie and Miss Nikira, Thankyou for being part of Luca's development and for always making sure that he feel loved all the time and cared.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Nature’s Academy Fitzroy. The educators are incredibly kind, nurturing, and genuinely care about each child’s growth and well-being. One thing that really stands out is how they embrace and celebrate all cultures — our family has always felt accepted and respected here. The environment is calm, creative, and supportive, and it’s clear the team puts a lot of heart into everything they do. We feel so lucky to have found this centre!

Went to pick up my 4 year old son and found him crying and wailing at the top of his lungs, sitting in the corner of the room by himself while staff were completely ignoring him. And could not ressurare me that he had anything to eat or drink during his time there. Once I arrived they quickly jumped up and rushed over to him and told me he had a good day.... They couldn't even REMEMBER HIS NAME!!!!! I'm completely disgusted by this daycare and he will definitely not be returning. And I'm leaving this review as a warning to parents who are looking for daycares. 0 control Totally anarchy No bonds created as educator's are switching or quitting constantly Poor supervision

I am writing to reiterate my significant concerns regarding the safety protocols and overall management at your childcare facility, particularly concerning the well-being of my child. I have previously submitted a review outlining these issues, and it is imperative that concrete actions are taken to ensure a secure environment for all children. My child has unfortunately experienced multiple incidents while under your care. Despite a previous incident, it appears that educators have not exercised sufficient caution in supervising my child. Furthermore, when my child sustained a finger fracture, a teacher initially dismissed it as a mere bruise, which is unacceptable. It was only after I sought medical attention that the fracture was confirmed. I also find it alarming that, during a previous incident, I was informed there were no CCTV cameras installed when I requested to view footage. Additionally, I have not received any communication from the concerns department, raising questions about whether these incidents have been appropriately reported. My priority is the safety of my child and all children at your facility. I expect a childcare service to provide a safe and nurturing environment, free from serious injuries. I urge you to implement robust safety measures and address the issues concerning your educators and management immediately to prevent any further harm to other children.

This is the best childcare centre in Dubbo, by far. I have experienced 3 before natures academy and all were horriable! The staff are beautiful, kind and very nurturing,. I was very nervious trying another centre with my 4th child but this centre has made my transition with my two year old into care a wounderful experience.

So happy we found this wonderful childcare! We've been so impressed with the service. Educators are highly engaged and caring. My daughter always mention about how warm and kind her teachers ( Julie and Roshi) are. Great facilities and resources for plenty of different learning opportunities. Highly recommended!

Educators (Rosi, Kiran and Julie) and the admin teams are super friendly, always ready to help and answers all questions regarding child which is super helpful to know the development of child. My child loves his educators and looks forward to go which itself is a positive review

I have had my three children at Natures academy for the last few years and would like to highlight a few items that are important to myself and my family that natures academy have gone above and beyond for: 1. The preschool staff and program is fantastic, I have a son who is all things outdoor and always active, he is coming home every night telling us everything that he has learnt and in detail. The staff engage with the children as a group and singularly to ensure they understand and learn each of their teachings. The sense of accomplishment my son has everyday about what he has learnt and achieved is heartwarming to see. Through field trips and a structured preschool program the development of the preschoolers for the get ready for school programs deserve recognition. 2. The staff throughout the entire centre know what child/children belong to what parent and by name. It seams like a minor thing however between other centres we have attend over the years I can hands down say that no one else has hit this mark. Also there is genuine interest from the staff in our personal lives and what the children get up to and how they are if they are sick (this includes my daughter who attends a neighboring primary school and who staff know by name from involvement in her interests) 3. Allergies and management: our last child has allergies that we have not had to deal with in a centre in the past with our other children. Natures academy staff are helpful, understanding and have a structured plan in place for all children with allergies. I can leave him daily knowing I don’t need to be highly strung over “what if he is given something or has a reaction”. 4. Updates are provided via the extremely easy to use app constantly throughout the day. It’s an extremely effective way to receive notices, what they ate and how much, sleep schedules and their daily activities. Again across all daycares attended this is by far the best communication system in place. 5. All staff provide an effective hand over everyday for each child, regardless if it’s staff from their room or not. Natures Academy Fitzroy street has an incredible team of in-house educators, management and admin and I believe from my years of daycare experience with multiple children at multiple centres that this centre is the number one pick of the lot. I could never express a bigger thanks for the care and genuine interest they provide to my children on a daily basis.

Natures Academy is a fabulous centre. The staff are so lovely and caring and they facilities are great. Would highly recommend it.
