Swan has been outstanding, they are attentive, nurturing and generally care a lot about the kids. I’ve seen significant changes in my daughter’s confidence, independence and overall her learning in her time being here. I’ve gone on a number of excursions and have had first hand experience on how well they treat the kids. Deng and the other staff are awesome they’re fare and show no favouritism towards anyone, always putting the children’s needs first, so it’s always refreshing knowing your child is being well looked after. Highly recommend Swan if you want your child to grow and learn in a safe environment.

I have been to many childcare's before having 5 kids of my owe. Swan is by far my favorite.The teacher's are wonderful, friendly very welcoming. As for the learning it Great, Go to excursion's which parents can go to and so much fun

We toured many centres in the area but only Swan stood out. The educators are extremely dedicated. Not only have my children formed strong friendship groups but they've created such a community that even the parents have become friends. Thank you Swan for being a part of our family

I’m so grateful for the care and love that this childcare center has shown my children over the years. I enrolled my oldest son in 2018, and he spent four wonderful years here. Now, my second child has been attending for the past two years, and today was his last day. The teachers have always gone above and beyond, not just teaching but truly caring for the children as if they were their own. Their warmth, patience, and dedication have made a lasting impact on both my kids. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their hard work and love—they are not just educators, they are like second mothers. I will always appreciate the effort and kindness they’ve given to our family.

If you’re looking for a childcare centre or kinder around Derrimut, please look no further! My kids have been at Swan for years - Especially my eldest who will now be transitioning into prep! From the start, the experience has been absolutely pleasant. One thing I love about this place, is that the turnover is extremely low. The educators who were there since day 1 (years ago) are still here. This gave me peace about enrolling my son. The educators are lovely, kind, pleasant to deal with and treat our kids as if they were their own. Please don’t let any negative reviews throw you off… Take it from someone who has been part of this place for 4 years and ongoing. So I've just moved into the area and am searching for a child care center in the area. I've visited a few and this one really took me by surprise. I'm hopeful the teachers are more pleasant than the director was. I found her very rude towards me and my kids. She asked me questions about my kids then once I responded she was rolling her eyes and responding like she didn't actually care and she just had to ask the questions. The center was very dull and classroom like which I didn't like either. Also someone lied. On the phone I was told they had availability for my kids and then after the tour they all of a sudden didn't have any ....
