We cannot recommend Guardian highly enough! We moved from interstate a year ago, and they made what could have been a very stressful transition for our family an absolute breeze. The management team and every single staff member are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely care about the children. They have been so supportive of our boy, helping him settle in and thrive over the past year. If you are looking for a centre that feels like a community and puts your child’s well-being first, this is definitely the place!

So grateful to have found this childcare centre. I checked out several in the area as I'm such a nervous parent, always on edge about leaving my kids with people I don't know - regardless of their qualifications. But here, honestly, I feel like I'm leaving my boy with close family friends. It has all the amazing benefits of a mainstream chain centre but with a loving, welcoming family feel. They all know my son by name (even the carers not in his room), they are all so thoughtful and aware of his needs and every one of the carers are kind, warm and gentle. They know he loves music but doesn't like certain songs; that he loves cars, but not craft. And they seem to have this level of detailed knowledge of all the children in their care. If I have a concern or need advice, I can raise it without retribution and I feel like the management have mastered this incredible balance of prioritising the children's needs while also respecting their employees. They are often the first people I call if I need advice with anything to do with behaviour/diet/sleep management, and they graciously offer sound advice. Super clean, super engaging and super caring - I couldn't ask for more in a childcare centre. Can not recommend highly enough.

We’ve been so happy at Guardian Bentleigh. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Our son was a little unsure starting off but they were great guiding him and us through this. He now “loves” his school 🥰

The team at Guardian on East Boundary Rd are second to none. They are the kindest, most approachable, supportive crew that always go above and beyond for their families. I've got 2 (3.5yrs & 1.5yrs) and have been here for just over 9 months now and have nothing but praise for the team. Regular communication is great, emails are answered promptly, casual days are available, and the programs are so fun! Highly recommend this place for your kids!

We are so happy with this kindergarten! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the educators are genuinely caring and attentive to the children’s needs. The team is very stable, which helps build a strong sense of trust and consistency. Our child has grown so much in confidence and joy since attending. Highly recommended!

A great childcare centre. Our son has been starting childcare at 1.5 year old and was crying and unhappy at the previous centre in Bentleigh East for several months due to the lack of the care and we decided we need to make the change. Since he joins Guardian Bentleigh centre and was nearly 2 years old and now he 3.5 years old, the change is very positive. He settled immediately and become very happy. The toddler room has great caring educators like Sara (who recently left) and Asano. The pre kindergarten room has teachers Tina and Nicole who are caring and always keen provide different and exciting learning activities for the kids everyday. The other teachers from other kindergarten room are also very nice and caring. They also have extra curricular like sports, Singing, and Yoga on some days of the week. The food is healthy and changing daily to provide kids with different cuisines. My son loves to go to the childcare everyday.

We love Guardian and all the amazing educators and team here. Highly recommend!
