My daughter has been attending Bask since August last year, starting when she was just six months old. She has absolutely thrived under the care of the wonderful educators, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for any of the staff.<br><br>What amazes me most is that every staff member knows my daughter by name. Considering the size of the beautiful facility, that personal touch is truly impressive.<br><br>Every educator is caring, nurturing, and a real asset to the centre. The administration team and director are always friendly, welcoming, and approachable.<br><br>I am so grateful that my daughter was accepted into Bask. It feels less like dropping her off with strangers and more like leaving her with family. Knowing she is so loved and well cared for gives me complete peace of mind.

We’ve been really happy with Bask! My toddler likes his space and playing alone and I think the educators do a great job at finding ways to include him while respecting his space and not making him feel pressured. It seems like every educator knows my son by name, even ones who haven’t been assigned to his rooms. Sometimes if he doesn’t see me arrive I’ll watch him for a minute to see how he’s doing and he’s always so happy! I’ve been in a lot of childcare centres through my work so I can be a bit picky and I expected to do a lot of tours before settling on a centre but I loved Bask from the start and I’m definitely happy with my choice 😊

As a family whose child also recently finished at the centre, our experience was very different. Our child’s portfolio was completed beautifully and thoughtfully, reflecting the genuine care given to each child’s journey. The receptionist consistently went above and beyond to support families and resolve any issues. She was always prompt and professional in her communication. On occasion, emails may not be received due to factors outside her control, such as the recipient not having internet access at the time, which is not a reflection of her efforts or responsiveness. Regarding the dog, he was never an issue for our family. In fact, many days you wouldn’t even know he was there- if he was onsite at all. The children absolutely adored him and frequently asked for him, as he brought a great deal of joy to the centre community. The director has always conducted herself with professionalism and integrity. Comments suggesting otherwise do not align with what we have personally experienced or observed. While everyone is entitled to share their experience, it is important that feedback is fair, accurate, and respectful.

Bask Early Learning Toowoomba Range is an outstanding early learning centre. The educators are warm, professional, and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development. The environment is welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully set up to support play-based learning and growth. The team builds strong relationships with both children and families, and communication is always clear and supportive. The learning programs are engaging and tailored to children’s interests, helping them feel confident and ready for their next stage of learning. It’s clear the centre is well-led and committed to high standards. I would highly recommend Bask Early Learning Toowoomba Range to any family looking for a nurturing and high-quality early learning environment.

My son attended this daycare for the year of 2025. My son also barely graduated kindy from this daycare. The first trouble we had with this daycare is the way they invoice parents, it’s hard to understand and when asked a few questions on it not much was actually answered. The next problem we had with the daycare are the staff. Specially the receptionist and the kindy educator. The receptionist will be the person who deals with most things, the director it seems is just there for looks and the staff to gossip with. The receptionist likes to bring her sausage dog into work and not get work done but will send emails at 9:15pm letting you know that your son won’t be able to attend his graduation, but lie and say she sent it in the morning and act like the email sat in limbo for hours. The kindy educator, I asked her to fill out a book for my son on his last term with them just to put some nice words in there for him to look back on, I left said book with her for weeks just to collect it with nothing in it. I would also like to mention that the kindy educator likes to “loose” the child’s portfolio and instead of looking for it properly just makes a new one to pass off as the old one. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend the kindy room or daycare for that matter to anyone who cares about their child’s memories and family needs.

Wonderful, warm environment for the children and the educators seem genuinely happy to be there!
