After 5 years of care for my daughter, I can’t recommend highly enough this centre, I always had great relationship with staff, and my worries and concerns were always heard and managed in a timely manner. The relationship and bond my daughter has made with staff and kids is life long.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It honestly breaks our hearts when our little ones leave, especially after five wonderful years of watching them grow. While we’re so excited for your daughter’s next chapter, we’ll always miss her and the special connection she had with the staff and other kids. Unfortunately this centre does not take complaints seriously. Rather than listen to parents concerns they become defensive and offer no accountability on their end to fix the problem. Sesame kids makes excuse upon excuse to deflect issues onto the parents and their children rather than demonstrate professionalism and offer communication of an expected level. When I raised concerns my child was suspended. This does not speak "open communication" to me at all. I attempted to speak with the manager who was always unavailable. The staff are disrespectful and lazy. I would not recommend this centre to anyone.
Our team values open communication and works hard to address concerns in a professional and respectful manner. We always welcome discussions with families to find constructive solutions, which was the case in this situation. However, we also have a responsibility to ensure a safe and respectful environment for both staff and families. While we understand that not all decisions will be agreed upon, we stand by our commitment to professionalism, fairness, and the wellbeing of everyone in our care.
