Your fire alarm has been going off constantly 7 hours since before 4am in our area. There is no out of hours contact information. The whole area and community is affected by the noise and the lack of foresight

This is my son’s third daycare. We have been here for more than a year and a half. Previously, my son was shy and reluctant to speak English, but now he is happy every day. Every teacher and educator is very kind—special thanks to Karishma, Merran, Leo, Grace and the whole team. Next year, my son will be starting prep. We highly recommend Uniting Early Learning Jahjumbee!

This is truly amazing! My daughter started coming twice a week at 9 months old. By the third week, she was coming 5 days a week. On the first day, the teacher said that she expected she would be fully adapted by the end of this week. But on the fourth day, when I went to pick her up, she wasn't crying anymore. On the fifth morning, when I sent her off, she smiled and reached out her hands to ask the teacher to hold her. This is simply incredible. I know it must be because the teacher treated the children with enough love and patience that they adapted so quickly. Children are the most magical. They are born able to feel the simplest and purest love. I am extremely grateful to the principal and all the staff for loving the children so much. It has soothed my guilty heart that I could send my child to the kindergarten so early and still feel this way. Love you all, love this caring and loving family.

UEL Jahjumbeen has such a warm, homely feel. The natural outdoor play areas are beautiful and really encourage exploration. What stands out most is the inclusive culture and how genuinely invested the educators are. They often tailor the learning program to suit the children's individual interests, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend!

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the care our daughter Emilia receives at the centre. From a professional point of view, we really appreciate the live updates, the careful attention to her medication, the healthy and varied meals, and the detailed reports we receive daily, weekly, and monthly. But what we value the most is the human side. Every staff member knows and greets Emilia with warmth. Although she had a short adaptation period, she now arrives every morning with a big smile, giving hugs to the staff. At the end of the day, she’s happy to see us, but also waves goodbye to everyone with joy. It’s clear to us that she enjoys her time there, plays, and connects with others. Emilia started when she was 8 months old and is now 15 months. As a family, we feel very confident and safe. We absolutely recommend this centre to other families. We’re also lucky that there are Spanish-speaking staff members, which has helped us a lot in expressing our concerns and fears. They have always welcomed us with care and understanding. We couldn’t be happier. There aren’t enough stars to express how grateful we are.

Our daughter has been attending Jahjumbeen for the past 18 months and couldn't be happier with the care she receives. We value the small daycare community and how much our daughter is developing with each week. We receive detailed weekly updates and daily shares from the educators.

My son started at Jahjumbeen last August and since then we have been really happy with the staff, activities, communication and how they run the centre in general. He loves it and is always happy playing and observing the other kids when we pick him up. They also give us updates all the time and send us many pictures of our kid each week. Since he started, he has been eating really well and has a great nap routine. We feel he developed very well socially and physically since he started. :)

The centre is well-managed and the staff are attentive to their work. My son was able to adapt to the centre reasonably fast.

The worst daycare I've seen. Please be aware as they seem good on paper, but do not delivery any of the promised care. The kids of all ages are expected to be dropped off on a large area, with no allocated adult to supervise specific child. Staff set up the area for kids, while kids are in there ( so again, not supervising the kids). The centre communication with parents is poor, there is no proper transition planning for new enrolments. On my daughter first day there wasn't not even ONE staff aware she was coming, nor anyone prepared to receive her when she arrived. Staff were surprised a kid arrived, even though the centre was already open for about 45 minutes. There were staff seating on their phone on the front patio, but nothing was prepared to receive the kids for the day, again clear sign of poor management. The nutrition is also a joke, my 18 month old daughter was fed butter and vegemite sandwich for lunch, with packed chips for afternoon tea. They tell you they have a cooker in house, however, is just a staff that is split between carrying for the kids in the first hours of the day and preparing sandwiches for lunch. My daughter was enrolled at it, and attended 3 days only, as I did not feel she was safe or properly cared for. If you care for the wellbeing of your kid, be aware of this centre.
