I couldn’t recommend OAC Concord West more, it truly ticks every box! All the staff are absolutely wonderful. A big shout-out from me to Tracy and Jyoti in the nursery room — they are incredibly professional and take such great care of the kids, supporting their development with love and dedication. And to Aish, for managing everything with such passion and care. The centre is always clean, and the chef prepares amazing, fresh meals every day. They even bake cakes in-house to celebrate the children’s birthdays — such a lovely touch! The outdoor area is spacious and beautifully equipped, providing plenty of room for the kids to play and explore. Leaving a young child at childcare can be stressful, but the team here goes above and beyond every expectation. We feel so lucky to have found this centre!

We’ve been at OAC concord since 2022 they have created a warm, welcoming, family centred environment for us and our daughter. She always comes home, excited, with a new skill and is always enthusiastic to what share what she did with her new friends. We appreciate the updates while we are at work also that make us smile throughout the day. We know when we drop her she’s not only being taken care of but thriving. They’ve always supported her learning and asks for parent involvement with areas of growth. The peace of mind that our daughter is being raised by great educators to name a few Aishwarya, Alex, Susmita, Narelle and Jason your hard work is truly appreciated.

My daughter started at OAC Concord at the beginning of this year and we could not be happier in how she has settled in. Her educators, Jason and Susmita in pre-school 2 are exceptional. They both have nurtured her growth in learning by creating activities which develop her social and academic skills daily.

My son has attended this daycare since 10 months old and now is in their preschool class. He has made amazing friends and loves his educators in each room who has supported his development each step of the way. A good testament to the centre is that every pick up he does not want to go home 😂

We’ve been so happy with our daughter’s childcare! The teachers and staff are amazing—so friendly, caring, and professional. They’ve created such a warm and nurturing environment where my daughter feels safe, happy, and excited to learn. She’s picking up great social skills and lovely manners, which we truly appreciate. My son has been going to OAC Concord since he was 14 months old. We were looking at places since he was 7 months old, and we saw at least 6 other centers around the area. When we walked into this place my husband and I was so sure that this was IT. Everything felt right, the vibe was always positive, educators are all very professional, genuinely care about the kids, I mean ALL THE TIME, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them. Chef Juno custom made cakes for the kids’ birthdays. My son got a garbage truck cake on his birthday and it made his whole entire week. Day in day out, I have never had a bad moment with them, my son comes home happy and well taken care of. Always engaged the kids with fun educational activities. They have so many educators that has been there over 10 years and we just celebrated Jason 20th anniversary at OAC Concord. For someone who doesn’t have a big family to rely on, OAC Concord has made us feel like we have an extended family.

My daughter started at OAC Concord about 2 months ago and I can say I’m very happy with them. Their educators are professional and very caring. My daughter was settled in within 2 weeks and she is very happy to go to childcare. She have so much fun there and they are always presenting them with new activities to keep them interested. Also, my picky eat eats up all the food at childcare! I need to steal their chef Juno and get him to cook for her 🤣 Anyways, the fact that it take me 20 to 30 mins to drive her to OAC is a testament to how much I like this place. Please keep up the good work 🙏
