An absolutely incredible culture and environment. My child feels so calm and safe here and the staff care so much. If you are aprehensive about sending your child to a large centre where your child is just a number, then this is the place for you! They care so much about each child as an individual. Highly recommend :)

My little boy is relatively new to Elmwood Early Learning Centre and it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made. In the span of only 4 months he is flourishing. His developmental skills are improving. He can identify his body parts, colours, all sorts of things. He can even say his own name now. It is a wholesome community at Elmwood and we feel very privileged to be a part of it. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with Elmwood. Olga, Kristen, Mon and Serena are the most incredible carers: I used to have my kids at a large day care and changed to Elmwood last year. Best thing I ever did. The best start I could have given my child. We began our journey at Being3 with a co-sleeping child, and the level of individualised care still stands out to me. The educators gently weaned her off co-sleeping for naps by lying beside her until she fell asleep, then introducing a weighted blanket. Today, she confidently walks to her bed when she feels sleepy—such a small example, but one that speaks volumes about how thoughtfully they respond to each child’s needs. More recently, Divya struggled with the transition to kinder, and once again, the Being3 team went above and beyond. Sophie, the owner, was personally involved in ensuring Divya’s needs were understood and met. She was incredibly receptive to feedback, proactive, and genuinely invested in supporting Divya through this adjustment phase. That level of leadership and care is rare and made a world of difference for us as parents. A true highlight of the centre is the strong relationships the educators build with the children—they love, hold, and nurture them, creating deep bonds that help children feel safe and secure. Divya has learnt and grown so much over the last 3 years and has blossomed into a confident, happy child. Another big plus is the low staff turnover, which brings so much continuity and emotional safety for the children. We also love the Bush Kinder program, which gives children the opportunity to explore, build resilience, and connect with nature in such a meaningful way—it has been wonderful for Divya’s confidence, curiosity, and independence. Thank you, Sophie, Olga, Sereina, Mon, and the entire Elmwood team for everything you do. We are incredibly grateful.

Both my children have really enjoyed attending Elmwood. The staff are very friendly, caring, and genuinely feel like extended family. They know each child well and treat them with the same care and attention as if they were looking after their own children. For a period of time, we changed childcare due to personal reasons, but it didn’t take long for us to return to Elmwood.
