Our family has loved this Kindy so much that each of our three children have attended their Kindy year there over the last six years. The two outstanding reasons we kept returning to this Kindy was: 1. The teachers and 2. the environment. The teachers maintain their knowledge of best practice at a high level and have a passion for how important learning through play is for this age group of children. The teachers are sensitive to each child's emotion needs, and encourage them to build confidence in themselves. There is a great routine set for each day, so the children are confident to know what is happening next in their day. The environment is unique. Large shady trees, little private gardens to enhance imaginative play, SWINGS, covered sandpit and plenty of tools and toys to play and explore with. There is a vegetable garden that hosts seasonal crops. The playgym and ball swing creates much excitement. The children enjoy using water in their play, in the sandpit , garden or coloured water troughs. I think that the teachers allow the children to be children and enjoy the outdoors. I could keep writing for another page with all the positive happenings at the Kindy. The Sarina & District Kindy has provided the most wonderful start to our children's education, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

When making the decision to send our son Jack to Kindergarten, it was important for us to find a Kindergarten that would provide a positive, supportive and encouraging environment. We really wanted to find a provider that would deliver a great start to his learning years by encouraging him to be more comfortable in himself and more capable in his abilities. For a young boy we felt it was important to see him start his schooling in a positive way. The Sarina & District Community Kindergarten was recommended to me by several past parents and other childcare providers. I am so glad we made the decision to send Jack to this Kindergarten...he has not looked back since he started!! He thrives on the support and encouragement of his kindy teachers Ms Dale, Ms Maree and Ms Kathy - they have been such positive, consistent and supportive educators and have made our whole family feel welcome. They've nurtured Jack's abilities and skills throughout the year and we are so pleased with his level of progress; it goes beyond what we expected! The natural playground setting and broad range of resources is much loved by Jack. Each day after drop off I drive away with confidence as I watch him with his kindy friends and teachers; playing, exploring, socialising and having fun! He just loves his kindy and would be there 5 days a week if he could!

We sent our daughter to Sarina & District Community Kindergartedn so that she could learn skills to prepare her for school and life - and it has far exceeded our expectations! She has made so many friends and the teachers have done a wonderful job of developing her social skills. My daughter has learnt so much about reading and numbers this year, but we are so pleased with how confident and excited she is about learning! We are 100% happy with Sarina Kindy!
