If you had asked me to write a review a couples months ago i would of put it at 2 stars, as the OSCH was run by someone who did not care about my daughters well being, happiness or overall feelings. She hated going there and consistently cried when going to after school care, She said she had felt lost, sad and not cared for. BUT when said coordinator left and the lovely JESS stepped up as room leader my daughter has never been happier, she now gets mad at me for picking her up to early. JESS is the best thing at kids Academy, if i have an issue i tell JESS and within a day she has sorted it and phoned me to give me the answer. if i ever have any problems JESS will sort it out. Now everyday my daughter goes there i walk in and everyone is happy, laughing and JESS is playing with all of them. JESS is the best GIVE HER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Both my kids like coming here. Staff are always pleasant to deal with. Any issues or incidents I have always been notified of right away and reassured on.

I’m elated to finally find out OSHC my daughter loves to go. Thanks to team for making her feel welcome,comfortable and happy. Educator over there is splendid, supportive and caring especially Jess. I’m so amazed to see my daughter thriving 😊. Highly recommended, wonderful place & staff💕💕💕💕

Management changed recently and they don't know what they doing. Would not recommend. Terrible service. i haven't dealt with such a poor management in my life. Be mindful they will charge you for the service they didn't provided and if you enquire about it, they will treat you like a piece of garbage.

Can’t recommend more! Our daughter spent 8 months at Kidz Village (7 to 15 months). She absolutely loved it, never came back upset. At drop off in the morning she never even look at me and was happy to go with her little friends and educators. We’re moving away but you were all a part of her life and we will remember all of you! Also very clean place!

My 3yo daughter loves her time here, she loves the staff, talks about them and the things she does during the day. It is comforting to be able to send her knowing she is at ease and enjoys her days.

Kids academy it’s a great daycare all the staffs are nice and lovely my two girls go there they are helping both of my girls out my older daughter gets along with one of the educators and my younger daughter loves the educators gives them high -five and hugs all the time

My son has been attending geniuses Forrestfield childcare centre for few months now. And he loves it he always looks forward to going there every morning to see his best friends. The staff are amazing people and always helpful my number 1 choice daycare centre

Lovely daycare. Highly recommended. Staff are always very attentive and responsive. Educators are all very loving and caring. My baby always seems happy being there.
