We are really happy that we moved our son to Kids Academy. The difference has been noticeable compared to his previous daycare.<br><br>He is eating much better since starting there, as they offer him a good variety of food and actually take the time to find what he likes and encourage him.<br><br>What we appreciate most is how caring and flexible the management is. They genuinely try to understand our son and his individual needs, and it doesn’t feel like they are just running a business.<br><br>He absolutely loves his educators. They are caring, patient and consistent, and it’s great that he sees familiar faces every day rather than constantly having different educators.<br><br>Most importantly, he is happy to go to daycare, and we feel comfortable knowing he is with people who genuinely care about him. We’re very glad we made the move.

My boys have been going here for a few years and love all the staff especially Leila :) They always try to make drop offs as easy and smooth as possible

We have had a positive experience at Kids Academy Forrestfield. Our 18-month-old enjoys going to the centre, which gives us great peace of mind. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and caring and the communication has been fantastic and consistent. We really appreciate being kept up to date throughout the day and feel confident knowing our little ones routine is followed and is well looked after!

My son is attending here at Kids Academy for 2 months now and it's been great. Greatful for the educators that helped my son adjust. My son is turning 1yr-8months and he's growing and learning new things with different activities they have every day. I'm glad he's in this centre.

We moved to Kids Academy at the end of last year and couldn’t be happier! We use the daycare, holiday care and OSCH and my boys are both so happy. The staff are friendly and caring and the activities are always engaging and educational as well as fun. They also provide great meals and cater to specific diets. Highly recommend :)

Very happy with the team at Kids Academy, great management, supportive and caring staff. I've experienced many centres for my older kids and this is one of the best. My child's routine is followed, lots of different activities provided, I am always updated about development, progress and anything else involving my child. I definitely would recommend this centre. It is also not very busy and does not feel overwhelming.

If you had asked me to write a review a couples months ago i would of put it at 2 stars, as the OSCH was run by someone who did not care about my daughters well being, happiness or overall feelings. She hated going there and consistently cried when going to after school care, She said she had felt lost, sad and not cared for. BUT when said coordinator left and the lovely JESS stepped up as room leader my daughter has never been happier, she now gets mad at me for picking her up to early. JESS is the best thing at kids Academy, if i have an issue i tell JESS and within a day she has sorted it and phoned me to give me the answer. if i ever have any problems JESS will sort it out. Now everyday my daughter goes there i walk in and everyone is happy, laughing and JESS is playing with all of them. JESS is the best GIVE HER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Both my kids like coming here. Staff are always pleasant to deal with. Any issues or incidents I have always been notified of right away and reassured on.

I’m elated to finally find out OSHC my daughter loves to go. Thanks to team for making her feel welcome,comfortable and happy. Educator over there is splendid, supportive and caring especially Jess. I’m so amazed to see my daughter thriving 😊. Highly recommended, wonderful place & staff💕💕💕💕
