We moved to TLC from another provider as we really struggled with the morning drop offs, and I had insane mum guilt. The team went above and beyond to make sure the boys felt comfortable and welcomed.<br>You can tell the team love being there with the children, they are always talking and communicating with them, making them feel seen and heard, not just a place where they engage with the parents. It’s even at a point now where I genuinely believe the boys get a lot more out of being there (in terms of learning and development and socialisation) than what they do at home and I don’t mind dropping them off anymore and my guilt has subsided!<br>We have only been here for a few months now. But highly recommend.<br>Priya, the centre manager has also been absolutely fantastic and I cannot speak higher of her! Thanks for looking after our family team ☺️

My daughter started in the Turtle Room at nine months old, joining the same daycare as her older brother, and the transition has been amazing.<br><br>The educators have been incredibly caring, supportive, and understanding—not only helping my daughter settle in so quickly, but also supporting me through all the emotions that come with starting daycare for the first time. They have always treated her as an individual, adapting to her unique needs and development, and consistently providing thoughtful, high-quality care.<br><br>She absolutely loves attending and has thrived both socially and developmentally. When I pick her up each day, she is happy, engaged, and excited to show me what she has been doing.<br><br>The team has also been wonderful in supporting the bond between my son and daughter, something we have found challenging at home. Seeing their relationship grow through the opportunities the educators create has been so special.<br><br>I feel completely confident leaving my daughter in their care and couldn’t speak more highly of the Turtle Room and its amazing educators. An amazing centre! Both of my children have attended, and we’ve received incredible support from the educators in helping to navigate their individual learning needs. We’ve been going to TLC since it first opened and have just enrolled our youngest. We’ve loved the kind and supportive staff, the nurturing educators who pay close attention to what each individual child needs & ensures they are happy and well looked after. I can’t imagine finding a better centre or better staff! Highly recommend!

TLC has been absolutely amazing!! The transition process was great, and the staff have been so loving and supportive. My baby is happy to go to daycare every day and gets excited when you say it’s a daycare day! There is nothing more important than your baby being happy and safe, and I’m so thankful to the staff that they have provided such a welcoming, warm environment my baby loves to go to and is happy to stay and play for a little when it’s pick-up time. I have never had to worry or stress about the level of care provided. All of the staff are lovely and welcoming, even the ones who aren’t in her room. It shows just how much each educator values the relationship they build with their kids in the room they are working in, which shows when you drop and pick up a happy, smiling baby.

Our family absolutely loves TLC Daycare in Mordialloc. The educators are amazing, caring and so supportive, and our kids have learnt so much since attending. We especially love the intergenerational learning program — it’s such a wonderful experience for the children and teaches them kindness, connection and respect across generations. The centre creates such a warm, welcoming environment and we feel so comfortable leaving our children in their care every day. Highly recommend to any families looking for a nurturing and engaging daycare.

The best decision we made for our daughter! We cannot recommend TLC highly enough. We bypass our local daycares and travel 40 minutes just to send our daughter here because the care is unmatched. From orientation day, the staff made the transition easy and stress-free for both our 16-month-old and myself (an anxious mum!). The center is clean, welcoming, and communication is fantastic. Her educators—especially Julia, Phala and Jo-jo—are professional, passionate, and have formed the sweetest connections with her. We also love the unique programs they offer, like the music sessions and intergenerational program. Our daughter comes home happy, tired, and constantly learning. We’ve had a really positive experience with TLC child care. The educators are caring, attentive, and always welcoming at drop-off, and my son genuinely loves spending time there — he even mentions the educators by name at home, which says a lot about the connection they build with the kids. They have a great range of activities that keep things fun and engaging, and my favourite is the Grandfriends program where grandparents from aged care spend time with the kids. We also really like the app updates with photos and videos throughout the day, which helps us stay connected. The centre is also really flexible and understanding with absences. On top of all that, the rates are very reasonable for the level of care and attention they provide. Very happy overall.

My son absolutely LOVES going to TLC. The educators are fantastic! They are caring and passionate about what they do. The communication from room leaders and admin has been great too. When i drop him off at TLC i know he will have fun, learn lots and be well looked after! I highly recommend TLC to anyone who is unsure or still looking for a childcare for their bub!
