My daughter has been here 4 years now (started at 3 Months old and now in 4 year old kinder)<br>The educators are all wonderful, they are flexible for adding or swapping days when needed, and often do excursions which keeps the days interesting and my daughter loves.

Over the past 5 years, I have sent both of my kids to Cherry Lane and they have absolutely loved it. The staff have always been so friendly and accommodating and really help your little one to settle in when they are feeling unsure. They learning spaces are engaging and outdoor play is encouraged. I would highly recommend this centre.

Would never recommend this centre. After asking staff to give my 16 month old breakfast on her FIRST day as she hadn't eaten yet (placed into the car while still asleep) I was told breakfast was over and she needed to wait an hour for morning tea. Second day I brought in some FRUIT for her to eat as the morning routine doesn't allow time for her to wake up and eat unless I get her up at 5am. I was told I cant bring in outside food due to allergies (fair enough but it is only raspberries) so I mentioned again shes not had breakfast could she be given something to eat, they again refused. Day 3 of care I dropped her of earlier and asked again if she could be given breakfast but they refused again. I asked if she could be given something (even fruit) in the mornings when she arrived as she's not had breakfast after driving in the car for an hour. Again they wouldn't budge and wouldn't feed my baby anything, saying she needs to wait over an hour for morning tea. I walked out crying that day not knowing what else I could do to resolve this issue. I checked my phone after work to find an email from them terminating care THAT DAY due to me being aggressive towards staff (I absolutely wasn't, I would never) Cue panic attacks while still at work trying to explain to my boss how horrible these people are, that I needed to leave early and pick up my baby not knowing when I'd be back in. Well I'm going to say thank you for being the worst centre I've ever been to after 12 years and 4 kids. Shes now at the most amazing centre who adore her and actually feed children because they understand how hard mornings can be with a full time working parent and getting kids off to school and into care before work starts.

Our kids have started here and we have been really impressed. Its medium sized, family owned and has great facilities that they are actively improving currently. The staff really genuinely care about the kids and making sure they are comfortable, feel safe and have fun not just contain them until parents come back.
