As a grandparent living far away from my grandchildren, it means the world to hear about their days and experiences. Every story they share about their time at Cuddles Early Learning and Childcare Byford(Giraffe and Lion room) brings so much joy to my heart. A special mention goes to Kezia, whose warmth, patience and commitment to the children are clearly reflected in the happiness and confidence my grandchildren show. Although I am miles and miles away, the goodness of this centre has reached me through the wonderful stories, achievements, and happy memories my grandchildren eagerly share. Hearing about the engaging activities, caring educators and supportive environment reassures me that they are in excellent hands. Your impact extends far beyond the walls of the centre and reaches families near and far.

My eldest started attending Cuddles since he was 1. He is 5 now and still go there for before and after school care. My second child also started there when he is 4months old and now he is 2 and half. I am happy with the service. My second child is in the giraffe room and he is very happy, settled and I can also see his improvement in different areas. Kezia always give updates and the team always have fun activities for the children.

My grandchildren go there. They are always happy to share what activities they did during the day and always have smile on their faces. Kezia in Giraffe room have done a wonderful job.

My twin granddaughters attend this centre, they always come home happy and when picked up Miss Louise does a great handover about their day and how they have been! I could be more happy with this centre and the care provided from all educators especially Louise!

My nieces have attended this centre since last year, they come home so happy and talking about all their friends they have made and especially talk about Miss Maddi and the fun things she does! So happy they are content and loved at this daycare!

My children have been attending Cuddles Byford for 3 years now, they always have lots of great activities set up for the kids to explore, they love all the educators but often come home talking about Miss Chloe and all the fun stuff they have got up to, She is always friendly and welcoming to the children. My eldest loves vacation care and going all the awesome excursions and incursions that the staff organise each holidays, Thanks Cuddles !

Finding a daycare as a first-time parent was honestly one of the most stressful decisions I’ve ever had to make. I visited over 14 different centres before choosing this one, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. What stood out straight away was how much the educators genuinely prioritised building a positive attachment with my son and making sure he felt safe, secure, and comfortable before anything else. As a parent, that mattered more to me than anything. There’s such a big difference between hoping a daycare will be the right fit and actually seeing your child settle in, feel safe, and thrive. The educators have been so warm, patient, and responsive, and it’s clear they truly care about the children they look after. A special mention to Kinley and Mithuni, who have both been absolutely wonderful with Felix. I honestly wish I knew and could mention every educator by name because every staff member we’ve interacted with or has looked after him has been so kind and supportive. They have also been incredibly flexible and accommodating around my husband’s FIFO roster, which has meant so much to our family. Being able to maximise the time my son gets with his dad when he’s home from long swings away has been something we’ve really appreciated. Watching my son confidently reach for his educators and settle happily into his day has been everything I hoped for. I’m so grateful we found this centre and would highly recommend it to any parent, especially first-time parents navigating this huge transition.

We are extremely happy with the care and support provided by Cuddles Daycare. The environment is warm, welcoming, and caring, and our daughter enjoys her time there. A very special thanks to Midhuni and Kinley for their kindness, patience, and genuine care every single day. They always make our daughter feel safe, comfortable, and loved, and we truly appreciate the cuddles, attention, and encouragement they give her.
