A Truly Exceptional Centre – Thank You for Helping Micah Thrive! We have had the most beautiful experience with this centre over the past year. From the very beginning, Laura, Liz and their incredible team made our family feel welcomed, supported and cared for. Our son Micah has absolutely thrived here — not only in confidence and social development, but also in happiness. Each day he came home smiling, excited, and eager to return. That alone speaks volumes. The educators are nurturing, attentive and truly dedicated to the children’s wellbeing. They consistently go above and beyond, creating a warm and loving environment where Micah felt safe, understood and encouraged to learn and explore. We could feel the genuine care in everything they did — from daily interactions to the little details that helped him grow and settle so beautifully. It is with sadness that we have decided to move him next year for cultural and language reasons connected to our family heritage. This was not an easy choice, and only speaks to how wonderful this centre has been to us. We will forever be grateful for the love, patience, joy and effort you have poured into Micah. Thank you for being a meaningful part of his early years. We will miss you — and we will definitely be back for visits! We will highly recommend any parents to trust your dear little ones being taken care by them and thriving here.

I was full of concern of having to put my toddler into daycare. The staff here are wonderful at putting my mind at ease. When my baby does go she is so excited and happy that I know she is well cared for. It is a good sign that she often doesn't want to leave. Her confidence has grown since coming here as have her social skills as an only child. I can't say thank you enjoy please keep up the amazing work.

As a full-time working mum, especially during my second pregnancy, I often wondered how I would manage my bookings and daily routine. But thanks to the unwavering support of this amazing team, everything felt so much easier and stress-free. A special mention must go to the wonderful manager, Laura, one of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I have ever met. Her warmth and understanding truly made a world of difference to me and my family. She was always there to listen, guide, and support, making each step of the journey feel manageable and calm. And then there's the entire team of educators. What an exceptional group of people! From the moment you pull into the car park, you're greeted with bright smiles and positive energy that instantly lift your day. That joy and support continue all the way inside the centre, where every team member goes above and beyond to ensure a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment for all children and families. I wish I could name everyone, but I do want to especially acknowledge the incredible Padu (Team Leader), Rubab, Somaya, Sheirly, Ash, Ivan, Karen, Janaki, Adaline, and our lovely chef. each of you plays such an important role in creating a space full of love, care, and learning. The atmosphere you've built is not just warm and family-friendly but also deeply professional. You work with your hearts, and it shows not just in how you care for our children but in how you support us as parents too. Thank you all for everything you do. Professional, warm and caring educators and management. Very responsive to my twins individual needs. I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my children. Definitely worth booking a tour if you are looking for quality childcare.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The manager is quite inflexible and rigid. Kids are pushed to different rooms without proper transition.
