Clyde Fenton Preschool is a small, community focused school with a passion for play based learning.
We offer two preschool programs;
The outdoor space is fully enclosed and is one of the largest in Katherine. It is well manicured and includes a large playground, nature logs, edible garden, growers beds, swimming pool and newly erected undercover space. We also have a bicycle track, dinosaur pit, fairy garden and an array of ever changing activities set up. We often have water play days where we use troughs, sprinklers, and the pool to explore and have fun!
Indoors, we have the largest Preschool in Katherine. Our main room is set up for daily activities, such as;
We have a fridge that the children have constant access to for food and water. We have a chilled drinking fountain.
Bathroom facilities are private, yet visible to staff members. Children are able to toilet and wash their hands confidently at the tailor made facility.
We are active contributors in environmentally sound practices. The children are involved in;
