My daughter has been attending the centre for a couple of years now and we have always been happy with the level of care provided. The staff are so lovely and patient, especially with a child who has struggled with separation. They are very communicative and it has been comforting to know that she has had consistent carers and familiar faces to see each time over the last two years. While she may not love drop off, my daughter always has a fun time there and comes home excited to talk about her day and her friends.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with MercyCare. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of our children. It’s clear they create a nurturing and safe environment where kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. One of the most noticeable changes has been in our child’s speech development. With the support and encouragement of the educators, we’ve seen a significant improvement in their communication skills and confidence in expressing themselves. It’s been incredibly reassuring to see the care and attention given to supporting this growth. We’ve also seen a real increase in independence across both of our children. They are more confident in trying new things, managing small tasks on their own, and interacting with others in a positive way. The activities provided are engaging and thoughtfully planned, helping to build these important life skills. We also really appreciate the regular updates and open communication, which help us feel connected to their day. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our children are in such capable and caring hands. Our children have been going to MercyCare Bennett Springs for many years. They are always excited for daycare and it's such a pleasure to see them thrive in such a warm, nurturing environment. All the educators have a passion for what they do, and are so supportive of our little ones.

In the last 2years many changes have been done,but I believe is not enough,our son is always afraid to go there because there are some other children that are behaving really bad and sometimes violent as well and apparently are not good supervised,and after many complaints from my wife seems like things are not getting better

All these latest changes have led to a decline in the quality of the entire service. The children are not looked after properly. The teachers seem uninterested in their education.

Our 2 children have been going there for 2.5 years now and we could not be happier. The staff make our children feel very special and they have a real passion for the job. They have great communications and provide a good balance between structured activities and free play..

My daughter goes to this centre and I feel secure and peaceful when I leave her there, knowing that she will feel safe and supported as the educators in the baby room, especially the room leader Anna, look after her with all the best they can. So blessed to have found this place for her as the start of her education.

Our daughter attends this beautiful centre and I couldn’t recommend it high enough. Our little girl is so happy here and the centre is so welcoming and inviting. All of the staff make an effort with the kids in each of the rooms so they all feel comfortable with all of the educators. It’s so lovely to walk into the centre and have all of the educators say hello to your child, know her name and talk to her with genuine interest. It’s hard to leave your child with people other than family but I have never felt more comfortable doing so. We did have some teething issues in the early days, mainly with our level of comfort as parents and knowing what our baby was up to each day but we addressed it with the educators and admin staff and they responded professionally, quickly and have been excellent ever since in meeting our personal needs. My little girl is so settled at the centre, And my newest addition will be attending the centre too when I go back to work.
