I honestly don’t think I could ever fully put into words how grateful I am for Mercy Daycare and the role they have played in our family’s life.<br><br>All 3 of my children, have gone through Mercy, so this review comes from many years of experiencing their care firsthand.<br><br>As a parent, one of the hardest things is leaving your children in someone else’s care and trying to get on with your day without worrying about whether they are okay. Mercy gave me that reassurance. I knew my children were safe, cared for, supported and surrounded by people who genuinely knew and cared about them.<br><br>But what I’m especially grateful for is the impact that had on me as a mum. Having a place I trusted with my children gave me the space and confidence to return to work, rebuild that part of myself and find myself again outside of motherhood. In many ways, Mercy became one of the pillars that helped support our family through those years, and I don’t think the educators always realise just how much that kind of support can mean to a parent.<br><br>Watching each of my children grow through Mercy, develop their confidence, form relationships and come home happy has meant so much to me.<br><br>When you find somewhere that allows you to walk away after drop off genuinely feeling reassured that your child is in good hands, that is something you never take for granted.<br><br>To all of the educators and staff at Mercy who have cared for my children over the years, thank you. Thank you for the patience, kindness, consistency and genuine care you have shown our family.<br><br>If you’re a parent considering Mercy for your child, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They haven’t just been a daycare for our family, they have genuinely been part of our village, and I will always be grateful for that. ❤️

My daughter has been attending the centre for a couple of years now and we have always been happy with the level of care provided. The staff are so lovely and patient, especially with a child who has struggled with separation. They are very communicative and it has been comforting to know that she has had consistent carers and familiar faces to see each time over the last two years. While she may not love drop off, my daughter always has a fun time there and comes home excited to talk about her day and her friends.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with MercyCare. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of our children. It’s clear they create a nurturing and safe environment where kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. One of the most noticeable changes has been in our child’s speech development. With the support and encouragement of the educators, we’ve seen a significant improvement in their communication skills and confidence in expressing themselves. It’s been incredibly reassuring to see the care and attention given to supporting this growth. We’ve also seen a real increase in independence across both of our children. They are more confident in trying new things, managing small tasks on their own, and interacting with others in a positive way. The activities provided are engaging and thoughtfully planned, helping to build these important life skills. We also really appreciate the regular updates and open communication, which help us feel connected to their day. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our children are in such capable and caring hands. We’re truly grateful for the dedication and kindness shown by all the educators, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MercyCare to other families.

Our children have been going to MercyCare Bennett Springs for many years. They are always excited for daycare and it's such a pleasure to see them thrive in such a warm, nurturing environment. All the educators have a passion for what they do, and are so supportive of our little ones.

In the last 2years many changes have been done,but I believe is not enough,our son is always afraid to go there because there are some other children that are behaving really bad and sometimes violent as well and apparently are not good supervised,and after many complaints from my wife seems like things are not getting better

All these latest changes have led to a decline in the quality of the entire service. The children are not looked after properly. The teachers seem uninterested in their education.

Our 2 children have been going there for 2.5 years now and we could not be happier. The staff make our children feel very special and they have a real passion for the job. They have great communications and provide a good balance between structured activities and free play..

My daughter goes to this centre and I feel secure and peaceful when I leave her there, knowing that she will feel safe and supported as the educators in the baby room, especially the room leader Anna, look after her with all the best they can. So blessed to have found this place for her as the start of her education.
