We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Wise Kids ELC. From the very first day, we felt completely welcomed and supported as first-time parents. Every single staff member greets us and our daughter by name, which speaks volumes about the personal care and attention they provide. The centre itself is beautiful, open, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are amazing and give the children so many opportunities to explore and play. Communication from the team is always so good, and the food provided is nutritious and delicious! We have had the take away dinner meals which are so tasty and convenient! What stands out most is the genuine care and kindness shown to both our daughter and us. We feel such a sense of ease walking through the doors, knowing she is not only safe but also thriving and having wonderful experiences. The entire Wise Kids team should be so proud of the nurturing, fun, and supportive community they’ve created. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic childcare. My son is moved there since he turned 1 and we never looked back. They tried their best to accommodate and communicate with us which’s wonderful. It’s a safe place to be in and I’m so grateful that my son is able to do his kinder years with WiseKids and he has been asking to go kinder even on weekends.

Since moving our 2 year old to Wise Kids he has thrived and learnt so much! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, even the chefs know him by name. We couldn’t rate this centre high enough and highly recommend it, they’re amazing!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Wise Kids. Our daughter has been at Wise since it first opened and as first time users of childcare, we were immediately put at ease knowing our daughter was in a safe and secure environment and would receive the care we could only hope for. All the educators have been amazing and so attentive to our daughter’s needs and are great with communicating with us. Elissa and Kirsten have done an outstanding job with creating such a warm, welcoming and safe environment and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend Wise Kids.

Wise Kids has been such a wonderful place for our family. My daughters are always so happy there, and I love seeing their excitement to spend time with the caring and passionate educators. The strong connection to community and focus on First Nations culture is something truly special. The quality of care is exceptional, and I’m so grateful for the joy and support my girls receive every day.

Wise Kids is the best! I have a child in kinder, and one in the baby room, and they are both thriving! My 4 year old comes home every day telling stories of awesome things he's been up to, and my 2 year old is developing at an incredible rate thanks to the staff to who help to shape their education and development. Not only are my kids in the best place possible, the staff have been incredible at sharing resources and checking in with myself who has had a very rough postpartum with my 2nd. They genuinely care about me as a person, as well as my kids, and it never feels like a business. It feels like extended family. I could not speak more highly of this centre, and I'm so lucky to be part of the Wise Kids community.

Wise Kids has been a wonderful experience for our family. The educators and all the staff have done an outstanding job making the place somewhere the children feel welcome, safe and also a fun place to learn. The excursions are educational and bring the children such joy. The staff are very understanding and helpful, accommodating to each families needs. Their communication makes families feel valued and cared for. We will be extremely sad to move on to primary school and leave such a fantastic community.

Our kids love it at Wisekids. They have both learnt so much and are thriving. Staff are friendly and the environment and space it self is beautiful.

Our son has attended Wise Kids since it opened in 2023 and we have been so impressed with all aspects of their care. The communication with parents is excellent. The facilities are great and continue to get better all of the time. The kinder program has also been exceptional, with regular incursions and excursions exposing our child to various new experiences and learning opportunities (STEM, Auslan, music class, cooking, etc.) The staff all seem to genuinely care, and they have been adaptable to my child and his needs. I'm hoping to be able to send my next child to Wise Kids as their consistent desire to improve and evolve continues to impress me.
